Ice cream was delicious. And the customer service was great. The young ladies working know how to treat people. Wonderful experience. . (Update:) Went back on Sunday. Music playing in the background was demonic. We do not want to listen to lil Wayne and the cash money demons. This is a family establishment. Save that music for your ears and your ears only. Period. Keep it professional!

I went in with my two daughters and was very promptly served their ice creams and my shake,and it was all delicious. Employees were very nice, and they had a military discount! Great little location as well. Seemed very clean.

Love this place. The staff is extremely nice. Just had one worry. Wished they used gloves while preparing orders. We are in a pandemic. The lady said they did not have gloves that fit their hands. I felt bad they did not have gloves. Thinking of buying them gloves. My grandma loves to eat there and she has a terminal illness. I just want to keep her safe.Not sure who owns this place, but I highly recommend getting your staff gloves.Overall cool place.

Its an ice cream shop... Nothing special. The multi-use strip it is in looks out of place given she and style of the area.

The best flavor they have, in my opinion, is the White Chocolate Raspberry Truffle. I recommend getting it in a cup with chocolate sauce, bananas, and whipped cream.

I am so glad they finally opened a Häagen-Dazs in Gretna. The taste of the ice cream is so smooth and flavorful. I especially love the caramel and waffle cone. Nice salty caramel and bits of waffle cone in a vanilla ice cream. The staff is friendly and point out new flavors if your having a hard time deciding. My wife and I love the new ice cream flight that they have....4 small portions of any flavor you want. I also appreciate that the tables are never sticky from melted ice cream like it can be at other shops. The staff keep this place nice and clean.

Great Ice Cream and great customer service. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5, is because of the price. This place is way too expensive. Dinner and ice cream shouldnt cost the same amount.

This is my 4th visit and the ice cream is really good and customer service continues to improve. Its become my familys favorite place to get ice cream after dinner it is nice that they are open late.
