It was my first time ordering paint for interior home project. We first visited the store to pick up samples and the associate was very helpful and addressed me right away.once we went home and tried out the samples we decided on the colors we wanted. Ordering inside was super easy. Store was very clean. Each time we went into the store we had different associates provide assistance and they all carried themselves very professional. Don’t be afraid to ask questions because they are very knowledgeable. Highly recommend

Highly recommended Sherwin-Willains. Im in the process of getting my house ready to put it on the market. Needed to do some touch ups and the paint I purchased from another retailer was no longer available. I brought in a paint sample and they matched it perfectly. This saved us alot time and most importantly money.

Disappointing for a Sherwin-Williams store, mostly as a result of bad customer service. The girl was all of about 20 years old so 0 experience and just came across as a ditzy airhead. She said that not to worry about the cracked paint, no need to sand down, or seal, just paint over it. Thank-fully I new enough about what I was looking at to go to Wood n Things and they gave me good directions. Water had penetrated to the wood underneath, causing the wood to swell up, cracking the paint, so I needed to sand down to the wood, seal, and repaint. Thank-you Wood n Things! To the girls credit, she was nice.

The customer service was incredible. The gentleman who helped me was able to match my house color perfectly. He was very helpful and recommended paint supplies to make the job go smoother. He even brought the paint and brushes to my car!!!

Sherwin Williams always has a great product. Christine was amazing. She was working by herself and had requests coming at her from all directions, yet she kept her cool, was careful and professional in taking my order, delivered service with a smile, and also made sure I had all the extras necessary for my little project.
