Omg while on the way to Florida for our family vacation and our car started acting up on the way. We googled and this shop came up. When I tell you they were God sent people I mean nothing less. The were so sweet and willing to help at the drop of a dime. Did a diagnostic on the car and it was the spark plug and fixed it immediately and quickly. We even had our dogs which they treated great as well and even offered water. I would give this place 30 stars if I could!!! And they were affordable!!!!!!

Great service, Matt goes above and beyond to to help save us money on our car. He is a very honest man and tells it straight forward which is something that you dont come in contact with these days. The lady (Laura i believe her name to be) that is in office and answers phone is always very cherry. She will always have a smile on her face and greet you like family. . It is a very welcoming atmosphere. You can feel the presence of the Lord!! If you need transmission work this is the place to be. Great ! Matt rebuilt my 2006 Chevy Tahoe 4x4 transmission and yes price is kinda steep but you get what you pay for it’s not a cheaply rebuilt trans to get you by this one is built to last ! with Matt he’s honest with everything and rebuilt trans comes with upgraded that factory didn’t come with, I will definitely use him again for sure and will recommend him to anyone

I grew up with Matt Garrett. Raised the old way, his parents instilled core values, honesty, right from wrong. Got whipped like we all did when out of line. His Dad was a wizard mechanic and Matt Garrett inherited it, in his DNA. 40years ago Matt showed me his first shop, an 8x10 shed with a bench and parts cleaner. He had an automatic transmission torn down soaking in the parts cleaner. At 19yrs if age he was explaining to me with confidence how that transmission worked.He has always been honest and hard working. If he can’t help you he will direct you to another honest person that can.

I was on my way to South Carolina from Illinois with my boyfriend and his family when our car stopped accelerating and began making a whirring noise on the interstate around two in the morning in Georgia. We were able to coast into a hotel to catch some sleep. The next morning our car was towed to Garretts. From the very first minute our experience with Garretts was exceptional. Matt was an extremely talented mechanic and I would even go as far to say this is the best experience Ive ever had as far as car repairs go. Matt was polite, efficient, and overall provided excellent service. Our vehicle was completed in a timely manner and for a wonderful price. Matt also took the time to explain and demonstrate what the issue with our vehicle was, after double checking that everything was good to go. He was even willing to stay over closing time to ensure we would be able to get back on the road as soon as possible. I would highly reccomend his work.
