My favorite beauty supply. They always have the latest styles and ones Ive never seen. The aisles are slim so try to avoid bringing small kids & babies in carriers or strollers. The young lady that works there is very knowledgeable and personable. I overheard her working with a customer today and even with all the questions the cx had she stayed patient.

Hair supplies, makeup, jewelry, and a few apparel; great selections. My only dislike is they dont have prices on a lot of the merchandise. I hate not knowing prices up front before going to the counter.

This business is strictly business as usual. I never see them interacting with the customer. They could be a little bit more friendlier.

Had what I needed at a great price.

Women in the store very rude and inconsiderate. I spend $100 in the store and purchased a thermal stove. Before buying I asked the women if they refund money if product do not work . She told me yes. Once I got home and opened the product. There were toxic beads open in my product. I immediately took it back and showed the customer rep the toxic beads that were lose inside the box with. The customer service rep said no refunds and did not have a different stove to exchange. She kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain my concerns and complaints. I feel like I got ripped off. I can’t even use this product because I don’t feel safe. The people who work here are very inconsiderate and RUDE! Don’t waste your time or money here they sale old /toxic products to buyers and will not give you a refund. However she offered me a credit to the store which I turned down because I did not want to purchase any other toxic products!!! Worse service ever!

The service was great. I went looking for a quick weave. I found it. This particular hair was good for the price. But a lot of the hair is too pricey for me. But other than that I like the store. Selection is great.

Best beauty supply store in Griffin.

I like shopping at K Beauty Supply. With an exception of one of the employees by the name of Rita. I walked in & greeted her & she didnt greet me back. Then from there the customer service went down to zero. She definitely needs some type of customer service skills thats offered through your company. She was very rude & she didnt want to help me at all. My mom & I needed help with finding some hair. And she helped my mom & walked off left me standing there & went to go help another customer & did not come back. And to me that was very rude. Its like she didnt want to be bothered. Upper management definitely needs to know about this. The shopping experience I had with her today was awful!!!!!!!

This place had two prices on the hair as if it was marked down. When you get to the register they charge a higher price. They should have honored the price that was marked down. Her attitude was very rude. I would never go to this place again. If ever go to the store watch out for the prices cuz they they would change at the register.

I called to see if they had a coil comb and ask for the price the lady said “we can’t give prices over the phone” you dont have to be rude I just asked a simple question

The Asian lady is very dumb and disrespectful. I bought a rinse TODAY and tried to exchange it for another colour. Same bottle same brand just a different colour. She told me I couldnt exchange it. I spent 20.00 in there just to feel uncomfortable. Dont give these folks your money. Take your dollars where your money is appreciated.

This is not my favorite beauty supply store I have to admit. The owner is very unfriendly and acts as if you annoy her if you ask questions. She is very impersonal. Im a licensed hair stylist and from time to time I go in if Im running short on something and cant get to a professional beauty supply. She treats you like you should be thanking her for putting a beauty supply in the area instead of thanking you for frequenting her beauty supply store so she can make a living. Its exhausting 😔.

Please do NOT waste your time or spend your money here!!! This store is horrible to customers and rude!!

When I first began going to K Beauty I had no problem, but over time the asians that own the business began getting very rude and unfriendly. They act as if everyone who comes in the store (which is mostly African Americans) is going to steal something. Their return policy sucks as well. Ill never go back or suggest this beauty supply to anyone.

This place is horrible, went in to buy 2pks of hair for 9.99 each. Because I shared with the old short mean lady at the register that I paid 7.00 for same hair in McDonough, she refused to sell me the hair. This makes no sense what so ever. My first and last time going there. Robbing the only people supporting your business! Shame on you!!!!

She had one price on the hair and changed the price during my purchase so that was not good service and I will not do business there again.Customer are always right and you cant change the price when the price states something else.

To much stuff i always need up walking around a hour looking for simple things. More cheap hair then real hair. Then the hair I did get was over price compare to other hair store in the local area.

Not exactly sure why but I was treated very rudely at this store. The staff seemed to cater to other shoppers. When asking for a price of an item I was snubbed and treated disrespectfully. I will never go back in.
