Close to home and right of the Expressway! Easy location. No remorse if you were laid off due to covid so got charged a late fee.

I couldnt be more please with this location, the customer service here is phenomenal. We couldnt get into our daughters unit because the lock was stuck and meagan came out there and did everything she could to get it open for us l, and the entire time she had a smile and was making us laugh about the situation instead of being upset. Dont ever rent from these people they just upped my rent out of nowhere Ive been renting storage for as long as I can remember an have never dealt with anything or anyone like this they made an increase in my payment without any notice an the space didnt get bigger.. I just advise no one to use them!

Price of storage went up to $150.00 which is too high for the amount of space I am renting. But the staff is always very helpful and friendly. Clean property and easy to get to.

I rented about a week ago Raquel provided me with OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE she was the best very friendly and polite. She made sure I got the correct size unit the unit I had reserved was too big she got me down to the correct size and saved me some money in my pocket. I give this place a thumbs up and I look forward to renting here.

Delilah was great I went to public storage and was upset when I was informed that my $1 rental fee was forfeited due to a previous employee unprofessionally handling my reservation and giving me the proper information to receive the offer. However despite my anger Delilah made sure she accommodated me and her pleasant personality and professionalism was the only reason I came back in to continue my rental with public storage. Thank you again Delilah!
