It has a great selection given its size, the fresh produce is generally (get this) fresh! And there are employees around that can ACTUALLY be found. The property is clean and they even have a connoisseur whos accessible. The checkout lines are usually staffed well, and when Ive been in a long line (under normal circumstances) other checkout lines magically open up.This store is well run and employees seem to care about their contribution, in my opinion. This is my Kroger of choice, as a result.

The pharmacy at this location was better years ago but with the change of SOME staff and new hires this pharmacy has become incompetent and not trustworthy. In particular there is one male and and a few young females whom work in the pharmacy at this location that are very ignorant and rude to customers. However karma will get them. Watch and listen and you will see for yourself Take your business somewhere better. There are other pharmacies out there with better service and FREE delivery.

I’ve only been to this store twice and will never go again. The stock is always low (every dept.) and the store just appears dirty and not taken care of. Garbage all over the floor- especially near the entrance/bottle area and the aisles are so narrow and crowded. I didn’t even attempt to get deli meat because it looked so unappetizing but also because there were a bunch of customers waiting and zero clerks around. There are plenty of other Kroger stores nearby- don’t go to this one.

Inventory is terrible here (and was even before the pandemic). Theyre always out of multiple items I need at random times, and its become so frustrating Ive begun shopping at the location on Marter in SCS. Also, there seems to be quite a lot of very cranky elderly people who shop at this location. Ive been verbally scoffed at on more occasions than what would is considered normal for simply being there and in their way. Between that and the chronic issue with low inventory, I avoid this particular store when possible. The only upside is that the location is convenient and the pharmacy staff are outstanding.

Why does the entire Deli section ignore you when you stand there for service? They know you be standing there too. They keep their backs turned hoping you go away.

This has to be, by far, one of the worst Kroger’s I’ve ever been to. The aisles are too small and crowded, they’re always out of stock of everything and they never have enough employees working. I purposefully drive further to the Kroger on Marter for better and quicker service.

I was excited to see this place because Ive heard so much about being thay I live in the south. Publix is our go to grocer. Its really nice. Just wish this particular location was a bit cleaner.

Always out of stock of basic stuff including a lot of produce. I was told this was because this is a smaller kroger. I call BS. Village market in the farms is much much smaller and they are always fully stocked. They dont carry enough variety of brands and products either. They instead overfill the shelves with their own products

This Krogers is always awesome. They always have all of their items in stock. The store brands are always fresh and the national brands are always fresh. Their Bakery and butcher areas are superb. They are always friendly and helpful and fast with their service. The customer service desk is always providing excellent customer service and very helpful as well.

Staff is the key and if youre nice to them theyre nice back. I hope Kroger takes care of the employees here as well as they take care of me.Svc. Mgr. Brenda solved an issue for me instantly, and cashiers Lia and Ms. Connie are always especially nice, I appreciate them all. Good location and although sometimes busy is still great for my needs. If I want to go to the larger one at 8/Mack its only 1 more mile away. :p

It is close.. I love the deli people and freshness. However always annoying that they stock during open business hours..and the stock people..who I assume are not Kroger employees act like the customers are in the way, so it is hard to navigate around them...I more than once have left without something I wanted because I could not find somebody in the isle to reach a product for me. And there is a check out lady I will wait in line NOT to hear her comments on my purchases....it is sort of a standing area joke who she is she thinks she is funny she is NOT. On a happier note there are so many great people who work there...one bad employee is not going to change my shopping...i do not eat fish..I often grab sushi for my husband.he says it is great and really fresh.

While convenient, this Kroger is tiny, constantly being worked on, staff seems to be somewhere else most of the time, and they are missing a large number of items. That said, they did do a really cute Halloween setup for the kids which we thought was adorable. A little leadership would do this Krogers wonders.

This is one of my favorite Krogers. The only complaint is they dont have a variety of Turkey bacon, the brand they sell I do not like. Other than that love this location

Ive shopped at many Krogers in other states and at least a half dozen locally--and I have to say that this store is probably at the bottom of the list.First of all, its small. Narrow aisles, unstocked shelves and lacking in common brands. Second, tiny parking lot--which gets split in half on Sundays (when I like to shop) due to a church being next door. They put up caution tape, but that doesnt keep anyone from parking on either side. They also have confusing signs up saying they dont open until 11am on Sundays, but that clearly isnt true. Theres also only a couple of areas to drop off you cart, which leads lazy people to just leave their carts wherever and further shrink the available parking. Third, Ive never once had an employee acknowledge me with a hello, inquire if Im finding everyone okay, etc. I was checked out by a particular guy on three separate occasions who was extremely chatty with regulars, but said absolutely nothing to me when ringing me up. Not that I really need to make small talk with employees, but I just felt snubbed when the guy was clearly friendly with other patrons. Not sure what I have to do to get on this guys good side.Its a shame, because this store is right down the road from me. Thankfully, there are plenty of other Krogers nearby, and the one I tried today in St. Claire Shores is ten times better than this one. The cashier even talked to me! Amazing.

I recently learned that Kroger stores have specialties. This one features fresh produce, so even before you get through the door, the fruits, vegetable and flowers are ready for you to make beautiful selections.You wont find as many organic and health food items. Great store, though, with helpful, friendly staff.

Your typical Kroger store with usual options. I come here 1-2 times daily and I have no real complaints. Only downside is the parking lot is on the small side. Store can get crowded when busy.

Dont go around lunchtime, the employees are more concerned with their break coverage then their job. The cashier walked away TWICE while i was checking out to see if Matt was going to come over.

Not a fan of the remodels at kroger, the one aisle I can shop in is now spread throughout the entire store. None of the natural or gluten free items are labeled on the shelf/freezer or easily found. The staff is friendly but no one knows where anything is. Done with kroger! Poor choice for your customers who dont eat junk! I dont want to walk through 22 aisles of food I cannot have to find the dozen items I can.

Exceedingly convenient for me - just down the block. But, the value doesnt match my preferred stores, Aldi and Trader Joes. Good selection, produce is decent. I have noticed more price drops on store-brand products, of late.

This location has the rudest employees, never has anything stocked (even before the quarantine), and doesn’t tell you the new limits on what you can buy until after you’ve waited in the long line, and finally get to the register. Go to literally any other location, or support a small business. UNPROFESSIONAL STORE.

We went through self-checkout, and the first lady who was there assisting us was rather rude. She left during the process of us checking out and the second lady who came on duty was really nice.

This kroger gives me mixed feelings. Some days employees are attentive and helpful and other days you will wait 15 minutes for deli service when the store is empty. Some days you will buy some of the most beautiful produce and other days you get home, take your strawberries out and discover most of them are already moldy. This store is also much smaller than other krogers (aisles, variety of products, etc.)It gets the job done but I have been to better krogers

Produce is often lesser quality, especially toward the end of the day. Deli is large & outfitted well, but lack of natural foods selection leaves something to be desired vs the Marter rd store.
