Just ran in to get one thing. Im a hurry. Told the salesman directly 4 times I was not interested in signing up fpr anything. I want to pay for my product and leave for the 5th time he said: nah its ok... And refused to let be pay and leave. My time is NOT your decision and NO MEANS NO. Jesus you would think his life depended on aggressively and rudely pushing and ignoring customers.Will not be back.

The customer service is non-existent. I went here to buy citrulline. I asked if they price match even though I know they are supposed to because it’s on the website. In addition the website specifically says they price match amazon. The worker said he “usually doesn’t for any reason”. This is absurd given the company policy. He goes on to say he doesn’t “have to” price match. At which point, I storm out because I never trade my money for bad customer service. This place is lucky the gym is next door. It’s the only thing keeping it open. I am never returning to ANY GNC. There are way too many cheap and higher quality options in this world.

High Quality supplements, and excellent customer service. Many sales and good prices, and the rewards are a nice bonus. They even give you a birthday gift and double ints and many items monthly. Great product selection.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I returned a product after I looked at the label when I got home, realizing I was allergic to it. I never opened it, I returned it 2 says later and the manager opened it, realized it was not sealed. I told him I never even opened the package. He said “ I don’t believe you, why would it be open?”. Well, I didn’t touch it since I was ALLERGIC to it, therefore I bought an unsealed product from the salesman who sold it to me. Terrible thing to say to a customer, let alone be a health hazard to the public by selling unsealed supplements
