Capital came and installed 7 custom AC and heating units in our State Street building in Boston. We received 5 quotes for this project and Capital Air Systems had the lowest quote, and the most detailed and thought out proposal.The installation went extremely smoothly, I highly recommend this company!

I hired Capital Air to install a 3-ton split system and service our existing boiler at our home and everything went perfect. The owner did a great job explanting the scope of work, and the team was very professional, polite, wore company shirts and was like they werent even in our house thats house clean it was after the job was complete. I would highly recommend Capital Air Systems.

I set up an appointment with Capital Air Systems over 2 weeks out for an estimate to install a new heating and AC system. So I take a day off work to be home because this was the soonest they had available. When it comes time for them to show up they NO CALL, NO SHOW. After waiting 20 minutes I finally called them. Their response was they were too busy at the office. At least have the decency to call and tell me you cant make it. How can i expect you to manage a 20K project when you cant even manage a schedule.
