Despite using the correct model number, the lid I received for my Ninja blender was the wrong one. There was no return information with the packaging of the lid. It took a week to get an emailed repose with directions on how to return. Once it was returned it took me two months and three e-mails to get a refund. Will not be using this company again.

The part I ordered arrived on time but cracked, emailed them 3 times using their web site contact us. Phone # always on forward to a voice mail. Bad customer service.

I ordered a replacement pitcher for my ninja blender on July 5th. It is now August 21st and I havent received it yet. My credit card was charged right away. Ive sent two emails and made a call with no response. This is exactly why I hate online shopping.
