The manager Chantel is the most uneducated person I think Ive talked to in the beauty industry. I dont believe she knows even the slightest thing about hair or nails. Why did she try to sell me the strongest developer they sell with semi permanent dye? I knew that when I was in middle school. Ive had more in depth and informative conversations with the sales associates. Idk yalls situation with covid, but you need to replace this manager with someone who knows something. I can only imagine how many peoples hair shes messed up.

I love Sallys, the store is great. The cashier, however, was unprofessional and rude. She was on a loud and rather inappropriate phone call with her mother while there were customers in the store waiting to be helped. Then when she finally got off of the phone she insulted my hair when I was there shopping for someone else entirely. When a woman in the hair color isle, clearly not satisfied with her recommendation, asked me how I got my hair the color it was, she came back into the isle with a hateful attitude to scold me for telling the woman what I did with my own hair! She lost two customers for the store that day. I will be going to the one by Marshalls from now on. I have never been as disrespected by an employee that is supposed to provide a positive and helpful experience.

I went there tonight to get some things I needed for my upcoming birthday. I didnt find exactly what I was looking for, but Camilla (not sure if I spelled it correctly, if I didnt, I apologise) was extremely patient and helpful. She gave me honest opinions, and made me laugh. Very personable young lady. She even offered to help me further in finding what I needed, but had to decline due to time restraints. She juggled numerous customers at once and never got flustered. Every person that walked in, walked out with a smile on their face, including me. Job well done in the customer service dept!

Its a good store but the manager in believe her name is Ashley was extremely rude and had no patience to help me try to buy something for my girlfriend as a present she was more into her conversation with i believe was her mother and got very loud and hostile the woman waiting patiently left for this reason.

This place is great, shop here when I need beauty supplies I cant get at Walmart. They even have a discount card.
