Current mattress needed replaced and this Place was recommended by a friend; I wasn’t disappointed. Courtney was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I didn’t feel overly pressured or rushed as she walked me through the available models’ pros and cons with recommendations adjusted and tailored to what I did and did not like.

In September 2021, my wife and I bought a mattress in the Groton store from store manager, David Reyes. We could; not have been more pleased with the professional and courteous interaction we shared with David. He was not only knowledgeable about the products, but also had a great deal of medical information to support each product. The delivery arrangements were met on target, and the delivery team was a great asset to the entire endeavor. When a minor issue arose, David took care of that expeditiously and without fanfare.We would also like to offer praise to the two phone receptionists, Deborah and Courtney, who responded to phone calls promptly, courteously, and pleasantly. They were both fantastic first-responders for Mattress Firm.Should any of our friends express the intent to purchase a mattress, we would happily refer them to Mattress Firm, with our highest recommendation.Ray and Arlene Johnson

I went to the store just to window shop and ended up buying a completely new bed! 🤣 David Reyes is definitely good at his job! He wasnt pushy at all. He listened to my needs and made me feel comfortable. I left super happy! I cant wait to receive my new bed tomorrow. I ordered on a Tuesday and my mattress and base will be delivered on Thursday! Ordered online and was asked what I was looking for and my options and budget. They let me know what sales they had and didn’t bring up anything outside my budget. Walked me through their recommendations and didn’t pressure or rush me at all. Worked with me to find a good delivery date and then emailed documentation before purchase and then gave invoice immediately after. Only downside to ordering online is now budgeting I paid all upfront which isn’t an issue if you got the money on hand. Overall great experience

My boyfriend and I went in to look for a new mattress. The salespersons name was Tom. He encouraged us to try several mattresses to see what wed be comfortable with. We never felt pressured and were given a detailed description of what each mattress contained. We ended up picking a great mattress! I would definitely recommend going to this location. Professional, personable, and honest.

We had a great experience buying our new mattress. Monica was the person that helped us and she was great! We had little kids with us and she made it comfortable for us to try the mattresses and not worry about the kids, while she gave them attention.

Nice and clean establishment. The salesperson working that night, I believe his name was Nate, was very informative and helpful in finding the right mattress. Great friendly customer service. I felt like I was taking to long to decide but they assured me it was ok and to make sure I was going to be comfortable in my new bed. It was also nice to hear they do a limited time trial ( not that you can get a refund if you dont like it but can exchange it if needed). This was music to my ears since the last mattress i bought 4 yrs ago was an epic fail and that company did nothing to fix the prob. I also like the idea of no interest for limited time. Came in for a new mattress and was prepared for an aggressive sell as Ive experienced at Sleepys before... But was pleasantly surprised!Donna helped us figure out our bedding needs while respecting our budget and being refreshingly calm and courteous. In the end we went for the nicer mattress option and she found us the best possible deal.The whole visit took about an hour. The store was new and super clean. We got the attention we needed to make an informed decision and i think well be very happy with the set we picked.
