CUSTOMERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO BRING THEIR OWN REUSABLE BAGS OR YOU MAY PURCHASE REUSABLE BAGS HERE!!

So its the last day for me to pick up my 3 items ordered 4 days ago. I check-in online at 7:50pm and wait 20 MINUTES. I finally call an no one answers so I call the store number and Im told their pick is closed however I cant un-check-in and I was checked in 10 minutes before they closed, so the girl puts me on hold and another woman picks up named Tammy, she again tells me pick up is closed, I again nicely explain that its the last day for me to pick up and that I was checked in before they closed an have waited 20 minutes an that its only 3 items, Tammy asked my name an sees that I was checked in so she herself who was in electronics tells me that she will go an get my items and bring them to me and she did. I was incredibly thankful. Thank you Tammy.

Great pricing on garden soil and seeds! It also helped that the other few items on our shopping list were here as well! A lightbulb for our porch spotlight, milk, butter, hot sauce, water and trash bags! One stop shopping!

We come here at different times of the day. Lots of travelers come here. The wait staff is very friendly and accommodating. The meals are exactly as listed on the menu, no surprises, no disappointments. You get your monies worth.

Not a super Walmart. Wish they were all super Walmart’s. What’s the point of the smaller stores?! Very limited stock on Halloween stuff. Unfortunately! I feel like most retailers really either under ordered inventory or had issues with things getting shipped. They greet you at the door the store seemed clean and organized.

This Walmart location consistently has unpacked pallets of merchandise on the sales floor making it difficult to shop. Often times the unpacked merchandise is to restock the completely barren shelves, and does the consumer no good.I refer to this as the dirt Walmart as it is usually out of stock on most commonly bought goods. If youre looking for a product, youre better off just going to the Waterford location.

The girl at the Service Desk was very nice and helpful. Two stars for her. The bathroom was nice and clean so a star for that. They lost two stars because they had nearly nothing in the freezer dept except for an abundance of frozen burgers and it was just one aisle.

I like shopping there because I can find name brand items at low prices sometimes and the employees seem friendly and helpful but it can be a bit busy and crowded around the first three days of the month. So I shop around the forth or fifth day of the month so I dont have to rush in the grocery or other aisles simply because the aisles might be congested with multiple shoppers.

I like that Walmart maintains covid restrictions. Also the associates are polite & patient.

No jewelry department no guns no ammo the claim is supply but this isnt true because this isnt the only Wal-Mart I go to. Norwich and Lisbon are quite the same only lisbon does have rifles and shotgun ammo no .22 or any other brass. But they e en have pellet guns, youd be lucky yo be able to buy .177 cal pellets in the norwich dump

Always good food, massive menu selections, knowledgeable staff and service. Either for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Cant say Ive ever had a bad experience or wished i went elsewhere.

You get exactly what you expected, and what you paid for. Highly recommend the Shop Ahead service through the app. Order your items (groceries or anything in the store) select a time, show up at that time and tell the app youre there. Has been made shopping on a budget more doable and allows me to stick to recipes without forgetting while Im there. With COVID or with kids its just convenient

Slightly bigger than a neighborhood Walmart. The one in New London is better in my opinion.

Went to buy a phone service was great then I came back to pick it up and was told something completely different I wasted 400 dollars.

The girl profiled me as a non English speaker and spoke to me slowly. She told me three times her line was cash only before I walked up. I told her each time I understood. I was born and raised in New England and with English as my first language. During the middle of our transaction another boy that worked there told her she needed to break him. He never said excuse me. He walked up beside me. Very rude.

Mostly everything do you need are there, except for fresh fruits, besides that I love this Walmart clean and great customer service there.

I only come here for the vision center as I live in Westerly, but the vision center is great.

Walmart happens to be the one pit stop we always go to on our travel trips and we are always happy to get our needed essentials there

Almost every item needed was NOT in stock for customers. Long wait at registers due to lack thereof. Self checkout registers would not function very well so very time consuming and annoying. Any actual name brands sought are no longer available at Walmart! Place is going to hell fast with only China imports.. disgusting since Sam Walton founded the name for American Made Only Products!!

Went in to buy some Afta Pre-Electric shave lotion and it was still out. I went in last Friday and they were out as well.Decided to get a few other items and the entire store was out of the plastic bags to bag your belongings. How does a store completely run out of something that is needed to carry your belongings out of the store???!!!If you wanted a bag, they would sell reusable bags. Very disappointing overall.

Apparently as of July 1 there will be no more plastic bags or paper at ANY of the Walmart locations. I went there last night and spoke with an employee and thats what I was told. What is going on with the state of Connecticut..

Walmart may be small, but sometimes as people from our past once said: less is more. Maneuvering is easy to follow, and backtracking wont be as a nuisance compared to the stores super variants. If you need something for your home or other accomodations, make a quick stop at Walmart, and we may have what youre looking for.

I went there to pick up a ninja blender/ food processor that was supposed to be in stock. I couldnt find one on the shelf so I went to the customer service desk because I couldnt find anybody working the aisles to ask and she said well if it wasnt there it probably out. I had to convince her to get someone to come with me and look. I tried to order it online and as soon as I hit the order button it came up out of stock. A total waste of time and very terrible customer service, just a typical day at Walmart.

Not happy with their customer service for online pick up which is only from 8 am to 8 pm even though the store is open till 11pm. How ridiculous is that? Arrived there at 8:08pm. No one would get my order.. They said there’s only 1 lady that does the customer pick up and she left for the day... Although they have a store FULL of employees, no one could get my son’s Lego set I ordered online out of the customer pick up room. REALLY!! That’s like having a hair salon and saying no one can give you a color or highlight because there’s only one person designated to do that.I only deal with Walmart for the convenience of the Groton and Waterford locations. It never fails each time I go to the Walmart I always leave aggravated.
