Seems knowledgeable, but very standoff ish for no reason and it was like I was an inconvenience to them. They werent helpful and seemed like they would rather bs with their friends in the store more than they would like to help you.

They want me to visit them they close at 3 they announce that they close at 5 in face book I came to order the parts of an AR 15 and they made fun of me together with the costumers. then I went to salem in an hour they attended me they helped me order everything else it has a gun smit that will install everything for 75 dollars they did it all in one hour I spent 984 dollars for a nice AR build exactly how I want it.

I have had nothing but great experiences at Firearms LLC. They carry a wide variety of firearms and their the only shop in the area that always have Rifle and handgun accessories in stock. Paul, Matt and Toby always take care of me when I stop in and are class acts!! You can’t go wrong with Firearms LLC.

All of their crew is friendly and knowledgeable, their pricing is fair and they seem willing to help you out with pretty much anything you can throw at them.Ive bought three new guns from them, two were in-stock and one was ordered, and they were able to answer any question Id had and got the ordered gun (and an accessory, or two) in with a very short wait.Ive no intentions of taking my business anywhere else in the foreseeable future, these guys are great.

Very unprofessional people. I thought Toby was a great person until he started to become unprofessional and disrespecting me than the owner came out agreeing with his employee they’re all messed up you don’t treat customers the way they treated me all because I needed something resized and I was told something different on the phone and when I got there Toby was being unprofessional Don’t go there they’re very nasty people and obviously don’t side with the customers when I was trying to explain my side smh horrible than Toby said they were closed when I came in but how can you be closed when the door is wide open? Obviously you’re still welcoming people to come in

I selected this shoreline Firearms shop after a deposit placed on Gallery of Guns (Gun Genie) for a Colt 1911 (TALO). The transaction was very straight-forward and well-conducted. I had good conversation both by phone and in writing as the purchase was made of a limited edition item. I found the shop very easily off Interstate-95 and found it easy to park and do business. I recommend to anyone who wants a small, attentive shop to work with. They list among their services instructors and other related gear, and items for sale.

Walked in for the first time and waited around for somebody to help me, after 10 minutes of standing around somebody asked me what I wanted, asked the guy if they had a holster I was looking for and only got a nope from him and he walked away. Never doing business there

Decent selection of firearms and products but customer service lacks, you could be standing there ten minutes before you get a one word answer. Also there knowledge of CT state firearms laws seems to be non existent.

Had a grate experience buying my first handgun, definitely will not be my last time buying from them, there great and they have a huge selection for the size of the store.
