Can always find what I am looking for here when being creative. Love that I can order online and pick it up at my store same day. Prices arent bad and there are always sales and discounts available. Store is clean, organized, and the employees are nice and very helpful with locating items.

Hannah from Michaels is awesome. She definitely needs a raise, so helpful as are all the workers. This is an awesome store for art supplies or to make cool craft projects. Michaels is the slap saaaahhhn. Cant wait to go back. Love this store!

Very disappointed with the selection of crafting materials. And when a customer ask for help, dont guess if you dont know. Just say Im not positive but we can check..... not if its like a paint its with the paint.

I love this place. The problem is most things are slightly overpriced and it personally makes me long to be a person I will never likely be (the kind where hanging live, love, laugh, and learn and family/friends always welcome related decorations never will be relevant). Aside from that, I love this place

Clearance prices were good but you have to dig. So many craft supplies. You can find just about any craft item you need.

I had the pleasure of Clayton ( from custom framing) helping me figure how I could frame artwork in which he was very diligent in assisting me. Gave me explanations and actually educated me. The staff is great, and I love the clearance aisles. But I wish they would require masks for their customers. The store was full of people without masks who were not social distancing. I had to ask one woman to back off as she was right behind me in the checkout line.

I have the app and this specific item I wanted was said to be in stock in limited quantity. I drove 16 minutes away in my pjs and no bra ut a sweater because I was just getting this one item and out. Plus it was 15 minutes before closing. So, the app lied about what was in stock. Personally, I think their prices are higher than competition, but I do appreciate the different type of supplies they offer and clearance prices are generally better than competitions.

This is a pretty clean store. Although I dont know how big most of these are, it feels a little small. They are well stocked with that they do have. They do have a lot of craft supplies. They also have a framing service.They do have many types of supplies,I think do to the limited space they dont have a lot of variety in each section. I dont know though. They did have what I went for.

If Michaels has what you are wanting its great. If youre going looking for something new and exciting from the craft world to buy, youre probably going to be disappointed. Their coupons are good. Pricing is comparable to the other big craft stores.

They have pretty much everything you need for crafting. Very good prices as well. Only thing is its kinda hard to find things so be prepared to be there for a while. Helpful staff when you can find them.

They have great prices on most of their inventory and they have practically anything you can think of. Especially awesome and fun things for kids. Everything is always very orderly and clean. They also have very friendly staff.

It is always a pleasure shopping at Michaels. As usual I found a couple of things I didnt know I needed. :)

Store looks as if they are going out of business and disheveled. It was very alarming and beyond upsetting that customers were allowed to shop freely without a mask/face covering. Due to the negligence and disregard for public safety from the company during a world wide pandemic, we will NOT be back. I gave two stars because the gentleman who took care of us was very friendly and professional.

I just love Micheals. I just wish theyd let me use more than one coupon like Joanns does.

Great hobby store addicted to candy molds

I was kind of disappointed to find no fabric section. I did find the batting I needed but there was only one and it was the wrong size. Other than that, the store was very clean and attractively laid out.

I started going to Michaels for baking products...then I began getting jewelry products and now I buy canvases and oil paint products. If you go to their website before getting in the store you will almost always find a great coupon. Typically a 40% for a regular priced item. They have great prices if you watch their sales days. This particular Michaels is pretty nice and organized. The people that work here have been also very nice and helpful.

I love this store but not the place to have even a simple frame made. They run an ad that offers 75% off but the cheap plan frame with that discount was over $400.00!! The young man was very nice but said they never sold any. Wonder why!! Sorry but its the truth.

Found exactly what I needed in a very quick time. I went around lunch time and thought the lines would be long - right after Christmas sales - and they were not. They had enough team members to keep up with everyone making the whole checkout process less than 5 minutes. Ill definitely go back for my future art supplies.

Nice place just didnt have what I was looking for. Was going to buy one thing and they said it was marked wrong and wouldnt sell it to me at that price. If its marked a price they should sell it at that price

The store is nicely organized and has fun items. The employees can be rather unfriendly and not knowledgeable about what the store carries. Michaels as a whole inflates their prices to make their deals and coupons seem great, so that is somewhat annoying.

Gift shopping for Mom. Parking was easy for a Sunday. The selection here is fantastic for most of your crafting needs. My mom loves the premade stuff so I grabbed her a couple things for her Bday. Lines looked long but the ladies running register had everyone out quickly, it was impressive. Definitely recommend
