They make custom hydraulic hoses. I wish they would also carry the protective sleeves that protects the hydraulic hoses.

The manager is great most of the employees are great one that is horrible to deal with, the bad part is dealing with the employee that smells like he is drinking and that same employee that smells of beer is also seen driving company vehicles

The staff at this Napa is the slowest, least customer oriented group I have ever dealt with. If theres any other auto parts store that can sell me the items- I go there first. Every single time I must buy from this store, it wastes a lot of time and leaves me frustrated for hours afterwards.

Right now they have the cheapest oil in town $2.29 a quart for conventional oil I cant find it for that price anywhere. Autozone, advanced h13.99 Accord for their cheapest oil

Picking up parts I ordered,but a little longer in line because of covid.no problem.

One of my favorite NAPA locations. It is a very small store but the staff are always polite and helpful in my experience. What they dont have in stock they can generally get pretty quickly. Seems to have better quality parts in stock than the other auto parts stores nearby. I would recommend this location to anyone.

NAPA of Grove City on Columbus street is the best auto parts store in the south Columbus area. I have lived in Grove City for almost 11 years. I always drive past the other auto parts stores to purchase the parts I need from NAPA, I use the top quality parts to keep an older car in great shape. The store employees are very knowledgeable and very helpful. I have only positive comments about the store the staff and the quality parts they stock. If an item is out of stock they will check the computer for delivery to their store and ask for your phone number to notify you the parts you need are at the store. Highly recommend you deal with these folks!

Great place. Best parts store in Grove City when you want the right part. They also have good tools. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who really know there stuff. Harley is who took care of me and who really knows there stuff.

Always quality parts. You can always trust what you get there.

Overpriced, limited inventory. Hard to see paying a premium for Napa know how when there are 3 other parts stores within a couple miles of here at better prices and more selection. Skip it and go to advance, oreillys, or auto zone. Youll thank me later.

Went in for a 6 point 1/2 in 19 mil socket and the 1 guy just ignored me and kept answering phone calls! After about 15 min of waiting put it back and freakin left! Wont be going back to this auto parts store.

I used to go to this napa in grove city before Id ever think about advance or orileys. But ever since the remodel and different employees took the floor, I rarely went back. I would frequently go in for a part and had to pull up the part on their website because they could not understand what I was asking for. Its not me either. Ive been in the auto repair industry for quite awhile... Well this last visit will be my last. I reserved 10 quarts of the NAPA brand full synthetic oil on sale for 2.99 . I sent a family member to pick up the oil and even had them added to the pickup. They get there and the staff said there was no record of the order anywhere. She even had the order number... it made her feel stupid. So I get home from a 0530 to 1800 shift and head over there. I tell them I have an online order for oil and they turned away my family member earlier... the guy never even asked my name, went into the back and grabbed the case of oil. I go to pay for it and have to listen to him complain about how corporate doesnt know what they are doing... blah blah. He doesnt like selling oil to people at this price because the store only make 11 cents off of it...... I pulled out my wallet and inserted my debit card and the guy says oh by the way if you dont have cash you cant have your order......NAPA GC just lost quite a bit of business. At least 5 times a week I go to the local parts stores for parts... not just oil and cheap stuff either.... exhaust manifolds, LCAs condensers etc. Ill now be driving right by napa and giving advance auto my business

Yes they sell car parts. Service was good. Prices are comparable to other parts places.

They had the products I needed at reasonable prices.

Expensive, but always has the OEM part i need, customer service is lacking but overall has not failed me when i have needed a part
