The purchasing process takes a little bit of time to ensure you are getting the proper bed with the options you desire. However, it is worth the time due to the price of these sleeping systems. Our sleep professional Desiree was absolutely phenomenal! She took her time answering all of our questions and explained the differences between all the different levels of the beds. Not only did she explain the differences, but she took the time to demonstrate them as well. Desiree was extremely knowledgeable, polite and very personable. We are pleased with our purchases! Desiree made a potentially confusing process into an absolute pleasure.

Good place great people got a new bed

I had never seriously considered investing in one of their products because I perceived them as being cost prohibitive for a guy like me. I spend the bulk of my nights in a recliner because of issues with my back and legs from a couple of spinal surgeries. And after a maximum of three hours in my own bed, the discomfort is so great that Im forced to go to my recliner. After spending an hour examining these beds, Im indulging in the fantasy of spending an entire night in one of these beds! It was just a notion before we entered the Sleep Number store. Now I dont think my wife and I will be satisfied until we are sleeping on our own!

Beds were very nice and sales lady was very curtious to us, not pushy didnt try to take us into buying a bed. She just let us try them, Anna told us how they all worked different according to his we wanted the mattresses to feel to us.😂

Andy has been an absolute joy to work with. He walked us through the entire system, found our numbers and worked through finances and different quotes and even made us hot chocolate, and stayed a bit over close to finish with us. Truly enjoyed our experience here! Would absolutely recommend.

Went In people just sat there at the desks and didn’t act like they wanted to help me because I mentioned I needed to use a restroom. Will be calling the corporate office as I was the only person in the store and was not even offered common courtesy let alone customer service.
