The store keep was very helpful and if a product was not available for the situation. Or environment I was working in .then the store keep would tell me that type of product is unavailable, for that application instead of trying to sell me a product that was not going to work available .as long as I am In theArea this is my go to store in Columbus ohio

Fantastic wallpaper options! I did an accent wall with paper and Tonya really helped me from start to finish. As a first time home owner, it’s scary to make these big decisions by yourself but she was fantastic and made me really confident. matching to the right paint colors was also tough but everyone was great in the store and collectively we found the perfect one. They even allow you to take wallpaper books home to match colors in the actual lighting of the room! I will only be working with them for all of my projects.

Do to the extenuating circumstances surrounding Covid-19, I placed my order over the phone for curbside pick up. The sales associate on the phone was extremely helpful and patient with me. Curbside service was excellent

Great product - Great Service --> Manager and assistant managerI contacted my home builder asking for the people who painted my house.. they pointed to Sherwin-Williams. There are a few part-timer (non manager) that tried to fiddle around... which gave my 2 not so good experience. But as soon as I made myself available when the assistant manager/manager (Cody + Alex) are working. They get the job done! They pulled out multiple folders and was about to contact the painter (who was conveniently walking in as they were helping). All in all --> got my matching paint! SWEET! If I was rolling in money, I would take them out to eat! :)

Like the paint, but dont wear a mask - especially in a store with no customers. Dumb.

The assistant manager Alex was very good at his job. He gave me alot of information on painting the exterior of my house and help me pick the best paint for the job. I would absolutely recommend this Sherman Williams to anyone with questions about painting their house.

Alexander, the gentleman that took care of me, was a great help to me finding a product that fit a particularly bothersome problem Iv been having with the outside of my house. He was friendly, and knowledgeable to the point that I returned later in the day and purchased additional paint for another project.

The color I wanted was not available in exterior paint. Tonya quickly found a similar color in an exterior paint that was very close to the original shade.

They are ver customer service oriented. I came in with a color painted on cardboard and they matched it up exactly!
