It was our first time at lvlup yesterday for my bachelor party. They are amazing!Very friendly staff at check-in explaining and answering any questions we had. While getting my air refilled one of the staff members found a small leak in my marker and without hesitation turned around and traded me his professional marker for the rest of the day! (He didn’t even know it was my bachelor party!)For the few times a year I play- this will now be my default place to go! I am definitely considering a membership here for next year and looking at their online store- they are extremely competitive on quality and price on all of their equipment, too.They are destroying the competition of every other field I’ve played on. Good work 🙌🏼

It was beautiful experience for the kids and dads and it was my first time of visiting this place. Will surely be back for more fun.

We took a church group of ~12 people, 6 teenagers and 6 adults for walk-on play. Overall we had a great time and DEFINITELY plan to come back!Pros:- It was not too pricey and the staff helps you get what you need in the proshop. Rental guns were pretty decent (actually better than the cheap pump gun I owned!)- Numerous maps and styles of play- Referees are helpful during play and make the games fair- Seemed to be good sportsmanship overall (Im sure this could change but the day we were there it was good!)Cons:- Not really family-oriented: Staff/referee was cursing quite a bit during the breaks. After an hour or so of it I simply asked him to hold off on cursing due to having a church group there. He was understanding and toned it down which was much appreciated!- There were a lot of breaks, often after just two rounds of play. My hopper was still nearly half full and felt we could have just kept playing another game or two before taking a break.

Went for a bachelor party and had been years since I had played. The refs took great care of us while being accommodating to those less familiar with the sport. The open play games moved fast not a lot of wasted time in the staging area which was greatly appreciated! Very pleased with how we were treated and the entire setup of the facility. If in the area I will be sure to come back!!

I went yesterday with a group for sons birthday. Its was the most fun weve all had in a long time. It has a fun chill atmesphere and the ref we had was named taco and I definitely suggest you request him for your group. He had a great attitude, eyes like a hawk and was extremely good with encouraging the kids to keep at it and not give up. If I could give more stars I would.

I was part of a bachelor party here recently. Our guide/ref was a younger guy named Zach and he was great. It goes a long way to have friendly and well-spoken staff. Haven’t played paintball in a long time but we had a blast. The maps were really neat and there were plenty of options. Good business and great staff.

It was amazing and my friends and I had an awesome time. Customer service was great as everyone jokes with you and really enjoys the experince. They arent strict too the point where its no fun and they have great maps too have lots of fun.

I had the best paintball experience here. I went here as part of my Bachelor Party. There was inclimate weather at the time I scheduled and they were totally cool waiting it out and extend my time when the rain stopped. One of the employees/refs, TJ, was very cool; he taught my very novice group the basics of paintball, he was patient with us, super helpful, and courteous. It is an outdoor court, but theyve big and fun maps. It was well worth the price.

We had our sons 10th birthday party here and it was so awesome!!! They had so many different field options and the staff was super helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We will for sure be back to play again!!!!

They were very nice, answered all my questions, explained everything and they are very safety conscience 💯 I did not have to be concerned about anyones safety. They are very mature, respectful and responsible adults. I would consider it a very high standard paintball park. They have several areas that are set up in a very awesome way to play airsoft and paintballing.

Place is amazing! Every Saturday and Sunday I come here to paintball. Staff is amazing and nice too. The community is also real nice.

Good selection of maps, but the refs are very slow running games. We were there for about three hours and only got 3 short games in. Spent more time in waiting areas than in games.

Hosted my sons 12 birthday. Perfect event for this age. Capture the flag in the castle was the best round.

Airball field is hogged up if the teams are out. If it is raining on Sunday they will go Saturday and pretty much only let walk on people only play a couple points. Pretty much saying the team money is better than your own, is what it feels like. Prices werent bad I thought if I could have played more. Needs new bunkers and better field maintenance and management.

It was a blast. All the fields for at least paintball were managed well and were fun to play.

Great place to take your family and friends for an inexpensive and non-screen time activity! Had a great time with everyone at the field.

Great place big alot of maps

I have gone here for a year now and the staff are always willing to help if you bring your own stuff and it breaks great pro shop and maps to and you get to know people alot faster when you trust them.

Played a msxl xball tourney at the venue . It rained but turf didnt flood and was a decent setup.. Didnt play the other fields but have heard only good things. Place is building quality teams that are getting better and better.

Big enough for all kinds of rec ball games on different courses for new and veterans. Pro air ball setup too. Looks like soon they will have 2 air ball fields.

I visited LVL UP this weekend for a bachelor party and had an awesome experience. The rental equipment was top notch and our ref Lilly was great. She made sure we had a great time and stayed safe. I would highly recommend checking this place out if you are in the area or passing through. We drove down from Cleveland and it was well worth the trip.

Honestly the best paintball experience I have had. Better rental equipment than other parks and their new fields are unbelievable. I don’t normally write reviews but I really wanted to for this paintball park. Thanks guys

Very friendly staff definitely enjoyed visiting this place this is my 2nd time and enjoyed it better than the first was able to go to the castle the first time the castle was still being constructed. Definitely need to plan visiting more often

Fast games and good staff great business all around

Jayden helped us and was super helpful a d amazing. He was patient was all the kids. He was very personable. My kids had an amazing time!! Definitely was worth the money! My kids was girls and boys, ages from 12 to 15!!!

Awesome time playing paintball. The two guides were great and allowed us to change up the rules to our liking. They kept everyone safe, but kept it fun. Love that it’s so close to Columbus - Will definitely be back.

I went out last weekend with a group that hadnt been paint balling in years (some never had). We had a blast! The staff kicked off the experience right by being incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.The packages were reasonably priced, the rental guns were solid and worked well. and the courses were fun and exciting!This was a nice change of pace if youre looking for something fun to do. For the price of a round of golf you can go out with your friends or coworkers and have 4 hours of good times. 10/10 would recommend.

Needs some upkeep grass mowed, and fields mirrored up better (especially the hyper ball field )

Friendly staff, multiple Fields to choose from, and everyone who plays here is very respectful! All around great place to spend your weekends! Prices are also very reasonable, they have just about anything you need paintball wise and if they dont have it they will try to get it!

The zombie experience was fun. Not too scary for the group of 10 yo boys we took. Very close action and the actors / staff were in to it! Lasted about 10-15 minutes. Def a fun way to spend an evening!

The kids had a great time! Will be back when my nine yr old turns 10 next summer!!! Everything was safe. They just need a bigger trailer for registration/gift shop and staff. That part is too small for the pandemic. May e register people outside so the inside isnt so crowded

Hello,I wanted to reach out and express the exceptional customer service I received from Ashton & Zac.I somhow lost my key fob in the field yesterday. Both the gentleman stayed with me after hours to locate the key in pitch dark. One of the staff members recognized a huge slide I did in the first game we played, and suggested we look in that area. Low and behold my key was there.This park has a wonderful staff team!

Great arena set ups

Our group had a great time. Brie was super nice and got our boys hooked up and ready to roll. The different courses we fun to play. Great job by the staff.

Great location with different areas of play. The Pro shop is stocked very well, more than the actual stores here in columbus, and offer good prices. Staff is willing to help with minor issues and are very knowledgeable. Prices are fair for those looking for a good place to paintball.

Private party is the way to go! Andrew was a great ref. 10am on a sunday was perfect as the place was empty! Rental equipment is pretty used up and prices are a bit high, but the maps are great. Well be back. Any chance of prices dropping or offering coupons, Groupon or return discounts?

These guys are awesome after coming out of quarantine a little nervous to be around people the social distancing and comfortability I felt in the shop was Awesome!Kudos to these guys for taking it serious and still being efficient!Also games here are always great so the competition was spectacular for opening weekend.

Great field. Short walks, good location. Andrew was my referee for a private event and was fantastic. He helped make the event so much fun.

This is definitely a fantastic place to visit for those looking for a good time. My group comes here once a month for a private airsoft party and the refs are fantastic and friendly. The maps are a lot of fun and constantly being added to. Dave the owner is a great guy and runs a fantastic company. Having gone 6 times in the last 9 months having played last weekend and planning next months trip already I can wholeheartedly recommend coming to this location.

Very cool place for paint ball! They have several courses and you can play a wide variety of rounds. We went for a group outing for my work the last two years and had a great time. We went here for a friends birthday party. We had two refs and unlimited paint balls. This is the way to go! The staff was very fun and knowledgeable. It was my first time playing paintball and they made it a great experience. I recommend this for anyone looking for a good time, girls and guys.

Been to LVL Up numerous times and have had a tremendously fun time each visit. The staff is super awesome and knowledgeable. Renting gear is remarkably easy compared to other parks. All in all, a tremendous place whether you’re an out-of-towner and make the trip or live near by!

Just sent my team down ( 75 staff ) for a fun day away from work and they had a great time. Dave and his team were very accommodating and made it an easy event to plan. We will be back for sure!

The staff was unhelpful and seemed to be bothered by the fact that as beginners my group did not know much. Everyone we played against were way more experienced than us making it very uneven. However, the course was very nice, maybe we just went at the wrong time.

Played here and always loved it. Spoke with the owner and he has lots of improvements planned so dont miss out. Come see for yourself!
