The service at Trinity Cyclery is not found elsewhere. The staff is very knowledgeable about there products and very kind to there customers. They offer a old school style service and even offered a discount without the customer asking for one. Try to find that elsewhere. I want to thank all for the wonderful service !!

On vacation in the area, and needed batteries replaced for my shifters on my bicycle. The staff was very friendly. Luke was most helpful and replaced the batteries - no problem! Vacation bicycle rides were saved! I highly recommend this bike shop for the service, knowledge, friendliness. :)

I just bought myself my first bike in 23 years and I couldnt be happier with the customer service, knowledge and overall experience shopping at Trinity Cyclery. I did a ton of research online and found the bike I wanted and put out a request on Yelp to local bike shops. The owner of Trinity responded in minutes and happened to be the only place that had the bike I wanted to look at. Within one day they had it assembled and ready for me. I drove down and spent a solid hour in the shop with Max and he helped size me for the right bike and talked me through all my options. He was patient, kind and very cheerful! (That is a relief in these Covid days!)I ended up getting the bike I went in there for and couldnt be happier. They even had an awesome selection of helmets and accessories at great prices!Big Shout Out to Trinity! They are local and care about their patrons.

I was visiting Grover beach and needed some tire liners. Figured I would stop in and see if they had any. They did not, said there supplier had been out of stock for weeks (with the increase demand during covid) but went to the computer to show me what the best ones were so I could get them elsewhere.I could not have asked for better customer service then that. Very nice. Plus very safe with covid, limited amount of people allowed in at one time.

I found Trinity cyclery to be very disappointing! Theyre condescending elitist attitude started at the door and only got worse from there! When my wife and I asked for general information on several products they didnt seem to want to give us the time of day. I have to say I have never felt more unwelcome in a local business in my life! However when I went to The village bike shop they were more than happy to accommodate my every need! I will gladly Pay more money if need be to shop Anywhere besides Trinity cyclery! Apparently if you dont have skinny jeans and a man bun youre not their type of customer!

Excellent bike shop

Got an e-bike a few years ago and put about over 8,000 miles on it and still running great and now the bike I want is popular in the USA and I’m going to buy it and have them put it together. Overall best place to buy ebikes since they sell and work on them. Best damn customer service ever I’ve gotten.

Did a quick tune up of my new electric bike. I had assembled it myself out of the box. It ran ok, but was much improved by taking it to Trinity where they fine tuned the derailleur and adjusted the bearings and the front brake, as well as put on a mirror and a water bottle holder. And sold me a perfect helmet. First class service.

This is a fantastic shop with great staff and service. I mainly worked with Mitch exchanging numerous emails and he was patient and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I wanted to trade in a street bike for one more suited to dirt and gravel. Mitch helped me in all aspects of the deal. They set up a trade in value for my old bike and then gave me a great price on a new 2019 Marlin 7. The shop was able to transfer my rack, bottle cages, mirror, lights and computer from my old bike to the new one. Mitch even took the time to reset the computer for the larger wheels and went over how everything works. From beginning to end, this was an awesome experience and I got the bike of my dreams for an excellent price. I highly recommend this wonderful shop!

We had read great reviews about Trinity and decided to visit there first when buying a new bike. We were glad we went here first. The staff at Trinity went out of their way to make us happy with our bike. They wanted to make sure that everything met our expectations and we could not have been happier with the buying process there. We would not hesitate to go back for additional bikes or service.

I came into Trinity to fix my Low Rider Bike that I couldn’t find parts for anywhere! Cory was a great help and greeted me with a smile which is hard to come by nowadays, because I was having a bad day because of bike problems, he took the extra time to make sure I got everything needed for my bike build and walked me through install on new parts! This shop is the kind of bike shop you can be loyal to and stick with for years or a lifetime. They provide excellent bike maintenance and the expertise to navigate your evolving needs as a cyclist. Theyve been servicing my road bikes and my mothers commuter/town bikes for years. The prices are reasonable and the level of service and professionalism is remarkable. I recently shopped for an ebike for my mom who is getting older and cant get up the hills anymore. One of the employees, Alex, spent around an hour going through all the details and helping us narrow down our search. (which ended with us not buying a bike from them! but they still worked with us to have it shipped and assembled by them at a great price). Another way of saying all this: the service you get at Trinity makes you want to go online and write a great review for them.

Amazing bike shop. I took my bike for a tune-up, and they fixed things I forgot to ask them to fix. It felt like I was riding a brand new bike on my way home. And at my previous appointment they fixed it on the spot with me because I needed it for commuting. Absolutely worth the few weeks you usually have to wait to get an appointment.

The guys at Trinity bike shop are the best in the business. They only sell quality bike, which do cost more but are with it. They also can fix anything. We have a special needs tavern tricycle for my daughter with cerebral palsy. The bike is a pain to work on, but they got it running in better than new condition.

I was in the middle of a double century (200 mile) race when my derailleur cable broke. I rode to the nearest town in search of a bike shop and found Trinity Cyclery. Despite dropping by in the middle of a busy Saturday, they immediately worked on my bike. I cant thank them enough. Despite loosing a lot of time I finished 12th (10 hours and 3 minutes). While they were working on my bike I observed how helpful they were with other customers. Definitely five star service.

Came into their shop on a busy Saturday to discuss the option of buying a bike. Had a lot of questions which the shop keeper was more than happy to answer. It was clear to him it was unlikely to buy a bike from him, but he was kind enough to take time out for me. Early this year (2018) I was on the market for a new 29 er MTB bike, I had been shopping for months checking out other bikes throughout SLO. I was interested in another bike brand but after meeting with Luke and the guys at Trinity I was sold on the excellent customer service that I decided on purchasing a Fuel EX 9.7. Cycling is all about experience and that translates from the trail to the shop. You can buy a good bike anywhere but you cant buy great customer service, these guys treat you like family and they are very knowledgeable. Give them a look and join in on a Wednesday ride!

If you live in the SLO area this is the bike shop to go to. Excellent staff who will go above and beyond for you and a great selection of products to meet your needs.
