Excellent place!!!!  It was a great experience!! The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing wines, food and service. Roberto (Staff) is extremely knowledgeable and made great recommendations. We tried many dishes in just one visit and everything was amazing!! Definitely will come back!!!

For steak and wine opinions the south side of PR, I recommend. The owner was engaging and spoke knowledgeably. Our party of 9 with kids enjoy the time and meal. Take away, the steaks are as expected for USDA grade. The blue cheese and butter sauce is powerful but good. Crab cakes, fish dip, and veal meatball are good.

WOW. I can’t say enough good things - the service and food were a 12 out of 10. The apps came out super quick and the entrees were out of this world. If they have the guava burger on the menu- get it! I wish I had pictures of the food- but we ate it so fast! I did grab a picture of the drinks- Spicy Margarita and a Prime Old Fashion- excellent! It was amazing! Will be back soon!

Great Costumer Service, the servers were very atent to our table. I order the salmon with fries. Salmón was very soft and tasty 😋🤤. I recommend it to you. This is a wine 🍷 place so youll see a lot of people drinking wine. My 2 other friends order the lobster 🦞 it was well presented and they got the majado. We did not like the presentation that much so Ill give you 4 stars. They have a basic menu.

The food was amazing! The service need work but to be fair is basically a new place and was full. In the end my plate ( New York Prime in Gorgonzola sauce) was wonderful.

I liked the setup of the place. Not crowded on friday night. Good service. Menu is limited to burgers and few options of full meal that are very pricey. My party consisted of five, all five plates were delivered to our table with a difference of 5 to 10 minutes apart, which meant to allow first one delivered to start eating and by the time the third and four plates delivered the first one were already done eating. Dissapointed. For the price you pay in this restaurant, this was a major fault

We had big expectations and we were disappointed. Some main dishes arrived before the appetizers, and they brought us all our plates at different times, up to an hour between plates. Also, they didn’t have the ingredients for the only vegetarian dish, and told us 1.5 hours after ordering it. I do not recommend to come here in big parties (8 or more). Very disorganized.

Beautiful place, casual but elegant trip from Guaynabo to I loved it.The food was delivered super fast all hot and delicious. They have a good variety of wines. It has several delicious appetizers as well. I just wish the main menu was a bit more extensive. The attention was very good, our super attentive waiter. 10/10

I am faithful to restaurants that specialize in meat. I love to experiment and taste good food. Unfortunately this restaurant disappointed me for several reasons.▪︎ Very slow service▪︎The presentation of the dishes was not the best▪︎ The bathroom was dirty. It even had lettuce underneath when we got to our table, and the menus that were delivered to us were dirty.▪︎We ordered the Ribeye ($ 75- The price is the least). Poor presentation, the meat is somewhat tough for the term that was requested (medium) and for the cost. Good cuts of meat are distinguished by their marboleo ... plus it is supposed to come out with mashed potatoes and truffle potatoes, but they ran out of mash and they brought us a double portion of potatoes without consulting us. To top it off, they wanted to charge us an additional fee if we asked for another add-on to replace the double portion of potatoes. The customer is not to blame for the add-ons running out. If you dont have something, offer them a similar option without having to charge them additionally.But not everything is bad, the piquillos were delicious, and the lavender cocktail was very fresh and balanced. But definitely, the trip from Isla Verde to Guayama ... was not worth it for what we received.We can all improve, very successful, they have a good concept.

Very friendly employees, Prime New York STEAK very good the truffle fries very good. 3 Stars because one buys the bottle of wine and they charge $ 10.00 for uncorking and I understand that it is too much because one is spending and it is unfair, I found out when I went to pay. You pay for the wines you have and they cost a lot, the charge for uncorking is unfair.

The order took too long to prepare and arrived cold, the restaurant was semi empty, next to me a family arrived apparently friends of the owner since their appetizer and food arrived much faster, in other words they gave priorities to some more than to others.
