Nationals its a great little place if your in need of just about anything for your home. They now added a furniture and appliance area in case youre in need of a stove, fridge or bedroom or living room set

Like the place due to the garden stuff is outside of the main building. Inventory always available.

Poor quality merchandise at premium prices. I spent close to $600 in the last couple of weeks and still had to pay for a bag to carry the items out. Security looks at me as if I was a thief. Only 1 cashier so of course you spend more time in line than you do shopping. I bought a toilet this week, it is such poor quality I destroyed it. It leaked so bad. Your not allowed to pick your own lumber. In general the employees are nice but ask for assistance and they have poor attitudes and they dont know much about the merchandise. This place is ok for a small item or emergency purchase to get you through until you find a better solution. But I wouldnt recommend it for quality merchandise or service.

Found almost everything I was looking for. Great customer service in the electric dept. Need to smile a bit at the construction counter. A smile and customer service is what makes a difference anywhere you go.

They expanded their store in Guayama and it is much more convenient to buy. The new section said about furniture and fixtures, but I did not go there. They are labeled much better than before and thanks to that we were able to get the items we needed quickly.

There is quite a variety of supplies for home repair and remodeling, and other things. Some of the staff are very prompt, others must be more pleasant. Be more loving and accessible with the public.

It was a disaster, there is no attention from employees, I bought some clubs and they gave them to me in another measure. I prefer to buy at the Cosme de Arroyo hardware store.
