A big large Kmart that I hope survives the latest cull of stores in Puerto Rico.Clean, stuffed full of specials and a tremendous variety of items.It is difficult to leave without finding something well worth buying.Never very full, but more importantly, where this store is locatedis also usually fairly empty which means thare is always planty of parking spaces.

Was good. I always find what I usually looking for. Their personal is always accessible and very professional and courteous in every way.

Store closed, now is a Me Salve store at least half of it.

Today was an excellent visit! Got a call yesterday inviting me to use the pharmacy (its been awhile) and the service was greatBathrooms clean, not smelly and thre was handsoap ( nothing to dry my hands with though)Im at the jewelry counter, waiting. No one here and they were paged. Been here 5 minutes, will wait afew, and leave. Its actually an impulse buy. Oh well

It is under remodeling, we must see how it looks after.

If I could give it 0 stars, that would give it.The customer service is appalling !!! The cashier didnt help me with the questions I asked her. Be completely ignored !! He started talking to another employee. That cost me not to have the receipt in my email. When I wanted to change a piece of clothing that was a gift to my mom, they didnt want to help me. They cannot change it even in size. The next day!!! Why is the inventory damaged? Well, have your perfect inventory and lose customers because they prefer. Disaster. Thats why they end up as stores end up with this type of service: CLOSED.

I had a hard time customer service sent me to download the application of WU pq without it was not so I could not send money 50 minutes to tell me to go to Supermax because I did not upload the system and had until the computer turned off I didnt I say that we are going from bad to worse at least in Supermax the super friendly girl told me that I did not need the application to send it😠😠😠Kmart excellent service👎

There is very little merchandise. I dont like how the store is distributed.

Well hostile behavior one of the cashiers. They treat me better in Kmart of Plaza Las Americas than in this one. I was never asked for a pin number or reward card now I can lose $ 10.00 because of the cashier indicated that I need the pin. If I wanted the bitter one I could finish my transaction alone. That is why there are now self services to avoid this type of problem, already early in the morning with a bad attitude so the client is not treated.

The store space was cut in half. To put up a gym and a Capri store. It has a variety of merchandise but not much selection. It was my favorite store until it got smaller.

For searching for toys it does not have much variety. The service until today has always been terrible. The unprofessional way of treating the customer of several of the employees. And many times they are commenting on their personal things and yelling in the middle of the hall or making fun of their colleagues, what a shame so many people want to work and what they recruit are unprofessional people. They should give you training for customer service and behavior on the job.

When I visit Kmart, I will only buy the minimum necessary, no matter how many specials they have announced, only what is necessary. We are in difficult times and if we overspend, then we suffer the consequences. You have to protect the credit and not believe much in the specials.

It is no longer Big Kmart. They renewed it and now it is 35% of what it was before. That means, hardly finding anything at all.

Need help locating clothes hangers and I didnt find employees. Those who had passed very quickly and seemed to be very busy. I asked for them and the person who attended me told me that there was none. Locate them near the toy area at the end of the store. The kilometer row and just for a mistake pass quickly.

Good specials, variety of products. Pizzas ok ... cafeteria ok ... establishment ok ... employee service ok. Although they have some you can not ask ANYTHING.
