Ordered a part online, After checking the compatibility with my dealer, my car vin and their system, part came not as described. Went to made the exchange and had alot of hassel from the employee since he said he couldnt give me a refund due to being tested by me ( which is illegal ( dolo in puerto rican rule of law)since is their fault the bad advertisment) . Decided to buy the compatible part with the confirmation of the employee. After waiting another 4 days, tha parts was still mismatched. Went to retun it in less than 12 hours of buying it and the assistant manager told me he could give me the money since he had no petty cash . After stating the rule of law thay obligated them to honor their business, the assistant manager magically lroduced the money, but was rude and just threw the money and didnt even respond to my good day. They have bad faith, illegal and fradulent practices . Parts are mismatched and not up to date in the system. Too much of a bad expirence to let it go

They never have the part available, you always have to wait for them to order it from their warehouse store in Bayamón. Recommendation do not waste time and go to Bayamón.

I entered through the Walgreens parking lot but gained access to the correct one from the back. I found what I was looking for. There were not many people inside. At the door there was no one watching to confirm that whoever entered had a mask. There were enough cashiers, but especially the men lost a lot of time.
