I went to get oil change and when finished they wanted to change all four brakes without taking tires off for inspection. He told me me $489 for changing all four. I verified after getting home and took off all four wheels to verify and they all were ok. I verified in a Auto store the price of brakes to make an analysis and same brake would cost half the price. I am not impressed with the service of trying to get customers to get other service not needed and over price them. This is a disrespect to a person that has no knowledge of mechanics. Despite the professional and friendly attention which I appreciate. I didn’t like the fact they issued the invoice. 1. Clerk informed me they didn’t found back rear rotors for my Jeep and installed the original one because they didn’t want me to go on foot. However In the invoice was issued as customer declined rear rotors. I never declined it maybe is a form to protect them go figure. 2. They billed me flush brake, however I watch the specialist dealing with my car using the power bleeder just to suction the brake fluid holder into my Jeep. However a pathfinder who was in the fittest line specialist did a proper flush connecting the power bleeder into the calipers bleeders. I did told him that specialist who was working in my Jeep did not bleed my Jeep He said that they did. I watch all the time and trust me he never did it. I did not argue because I am a gentleman and a federal employee. I issued the problem throughout proper channels. Conclusion? Is a good center but is a pity to see a good mechanical shop going down slowly because a web of lies knowing that I was there all the time.

I couldnt pay for a service that they said my car needed done, so I told the employee not to do it at this time, he insisted, when I went to get my car and pay for the orher services done, the employee was acting as if he was mad that I told him I wasnt going to be able to do everything at this time, I think that was very unprofessional of him, Ive taken my car there before, and the treatment has always been cordial and professional, except yesterday.

Rip me off by charging $80 for $17 shaft speed sensor. Plus $90 for mechanics labor for a minute and a half to remove old one and installing new one. And problem was not resolved. OBVIOUSLY A COMPANY THAT IS NOT CUSTOMER ORIENTED.

Very expensive!!! Then we have to comeback in less than a month with the same problem. Because they had to honor the warranty, they left us till the end of the day, we had to wait almost six hour for a belt replacement.

We took an Über to get there and then when we told them we did not have the tool to change the battery, Marcos Sasso Laborde gave us a lift home to pick up the car and bring it in.
