Unreliable customer service, been calling and emailing for three days now. And still not available to get an answer to a simple question.
They Took Wrong measurements and when Furniture arrived it was broken. Re ordered broken furniture and took 8 more weeks. More furniture broken again 👎👎. Will probably take 8 more weeks.

They need to significantly improve customer service.We bought some items and, after more than four months, I called to find out their status, as I had not received any communication.The young woman who answered my call told me that Javier, the seller, who was very kind on the day of the sale, was not there. Given this, I expressed that I understood that the seller did not have to be present to know the status of the order. Then, the recipient of the call informed me that she would locate someone to assist me.I told the person who answered the call that he was not calling because he was in a hurry, but that it seemed to me that there must have been some follow-up in this time, since about five months had passed (to my best understanding) and we did not know the status of the purchase .Instead of apologizing, which is what any employee with knowledge of customer service would have done, the employee told me that the items were there and that if more than a month had passed, the warranty had started to run, that some lamps were missing and that he could buy them over here, that he would have to notify the manager, because they couldnt have items there for that long.I thinkIf lights are included in the price, why should I spend my time and money looking for them?
