Bad service of washing and drying the vehicle. Also, when you call for maintenance service they leave you waiting, to know that they are going to have lunch (incredible), to the point of having to hang up the phone since they never answer you.

The service is fast and they are efficient but not necessarily cleaning is the best. The basic wash is at an acceptable price and its fast and thats why I keep coming.

I have been washing my baby there for years and I always leave satisfied.

Bad service. Do not take pains to do the best job. I had to tell the employee several times to better clean the interior of the vehicle and even then it did not fit. They should supervise more and validate that those responsible for cleaning the cars do the best job possible, justifying the price they charge. I do not think Ill take my car there again.
