Its the worst internet service ever! I come to the store to fix my internet service issue, and I get a run around that I have to call customer service.I then call customer service, and I get this recording that they will call back but they never do.This is a horrible company, and they dont care about customer service at all! I am really upset because I needed some type of internet service. I just dont understand how can the advertise, and charge you, if the cant support the product.I wish I could send a letter to the CEO, just to tell him how horrible Claro is!

Out of all the cell phone providers in Puerto Rico, Claro has the worst customer service. Pricing isnt bad and coverage is quite good. But their service is consistently bad throughout their stores and call centers. Seems there isnt a very good customer service culture within the company.

The signal is very unstable. I start in 4g then in seconds 3g, Edge and H. The best part is when my phone its 3g and lower I dont got connection. There the worst and the client service event worst. Right now I dont got signal.
Bad service, bar code dont work to pay the bill, i call the company extra long time to access communication with a Human, App is not woking i need to confirm with a land line . And the store employees are extra slow and people dont have distance .Dont try this company .
Do not use nor buy from Claro. The worst service in America and Puerto Rico. They charge me 100.00 deposit for a wifi modem that didnt work, I returned it the next day and they refused to refund my money the same day. I called the main office and asked for my refund, they claim that because of company policy that they will refund my deposit within 30 to 90 days. Dont believe them, once they owed me 80.00 and it took them 8 months to return my money after Ive called them about 30 times for my refund. I repeat, DONT DO BUSINESS WITH CLARO.

The worst service ever. 5 hours since I was attended to by customer service. 5 hours only in a change of equipment. My last time with clear. Tomorrow I do portability to another company. Then dont say that I didnt notice it. After several days I switched to another company and took the number with me. More than 10 years as a client and they do not know how to value it.

They do not invest in infrastructures but they do spend on advertisements and advocate so that companies with real optical fibers cannot establish themselves. I hate Claro with an incredible passion, I cant believe they dare to charge me after paying cancellation penalties and delivering equipment. They tell you that it is not until the following month that the service is canceled.

He preferred them until he received a surprise on the credit of an erroneous charge that they did not correct!... I got 69 ptsπ³ x an error from them when they changed an internet device in Feb and in June they submitted the report that I owed them $ 100 (of the penalty for not delivering the Hawuei) ??... I complained and they reported that I paid them being false ... that they are barbarous ... I canceled but I was left as a delay thanks to their incompetence.

This company is one that uses any trick to avoid a contract cancellation. It makes me think that when they know that the call is a contract cancellation call, the calls are magically dropped. I made 6 calls and they all went down. In the last one, I managed to speak with a young woman from customer service, she told me that she was filling out the request for cancellation of the contract and that the process was being completed in another department and that I should transfer. I indicated that the call would drop and buala guess. (They are disrespectful!) The young woman told me that if the call was dropped, the cancellation process was not completed.He had already gone through a similar situation with the cancellation of the cell phone contract (with Claro). I called them to do the cancellation process over the phone and miraculously the calls were dropped. By then I finished at the Caguas office, which I will have to do again.But there is no way Im going back to this company! Sure they are ...
