I went to this place for what was supposed to be a one-time repair, and had to come back at least 4 more times for things that they were responsible for. It’s like they fix the issue you came with and manage to mess up something else that makes you come back and spend more money. Beware and check everything on your device before leaving the store. They didn’t even offer any form of discount or refund for messing up multiple time. Alice was nice though. (This is for the Guaynabo store) 1 star.

Make sure you double check for any missing parts before you leave. The only good thing about my experience was my interaction with the receptionist. Try elsewhere for a better overall experience.

I went to this place and they catch you at the door so they can charge you for a job that does not repair anything at all. There is no chance that they do not charge you anything, they always charge you even $ 25 for doing nothing. They are not responsible if you lose any information on your cell phone
