Great initiative of helping other small business during Covid times

Quality of service has greatly deteriorated. The first 4 shirts with original designs that we printed 1 year ago were super good in terms of color and quality, although there were occasional problems with the printing technique and the size available to print the graphics. This Christmas we decided to print 2 more shirts with our own design and it was a disaster, it seemed as if the printer had run out of ink, worn colors, irregular printing ... Anyway, you cant appreciate the art. We let them know and they didnt want to help us fix the problem either. According to and that it is the fault of the printer or the type of shirt or that this is how the printing comes out, but I have already printed other things and they did not look like that and both the printer and the shirts are provided by them, so I do not see why I had to pay for quality errors on their part.

Very annoying, first the rush of the cashier pointing out my phone number wrongly, I never received the call and I lost my money because I couldnt use it in the activity that was scheduled, I dont recommend it lo

I bought a cap with a glued design (they mentioned me at the beginning that it is with embroidery but apparently they have other options that they did not tell me) and after 3 days it started to take off when supposedly that did not come out. I think it was a misunderstanding between the client and the employee when it came to embroidery but when a client asks about their design options, it should be clearly mentioned that it can be done and not assume what the client wants. I also did not have the opportunity to see how the final design would look before putting it on the cap when they told me that a photo is sent before finalizing everything. They never sent the picture.
