The staff was service oriented, but I ordered an item for my trimmer and was informed that it could take 2 to 3 MONTHS to be delivered. People wonder why so many people are buying on-line. I ordered the items thru AMAZON and it should reach me, at the most, within a week.

Terrible! The part I ordered came broken and they knew for a week, but didnt reorder another until I went to the store to pick up the part. They said that they knew, but neded my receipt to reorder one.😡

Really lousy service. They never pick up the phone. Today I went and they dont have the Hitachi trimmer carb kit and on top of that they didnt have the mix either. From Carolina I went to waste time. I dont know why Sears sells Hitachi trimmers if they dont have parts. Tick error. I will give him a star because the lady who attended me was very kind.
