I mean, Its Ben & Jerrys. The ice cream is very good. And the location has parking on the other side of the street. Its pretty accessible and you can sit around the area which is good. Very tranquill spot to just relax, eat an ice cream and talk with friends and/or family. Only thing I could say was a little bit of a down is that some flavors werent available. But still great place overall.

Being close to the train station has its merits and its drawbacks. Merit for having a quick transportation option, but drawback for having to deal with the regular train passing while trying to enjoy some ice cream.Service is good, plenty of seating outside. Its a quiet area and generally pleasant to relax for a quick ice cream break.Especially during the inmense heat recently.

Theres always parking, closes around 10 depending on the day and they work pretty fast. If you like ben and jerrys or ice cream in general its pretty good. You can eat outside or take it home. The inside no longer has tables to eat due to covid.

Bad. They Charge you 1st. Yesterday I was looking for the flavors and they said- You have to pay 1st. I told him, Sorry but I need to check what flavors I will get b4 paying anything. Duh! Are they Morons! No offense but really.

Love their selection of their ice cream and waffle cones. A bit pricey but totally worth it. Highly recommend!

GREAT SERVICE

Their service has declined noticeably. Visited a couple weeks ago for the first time in about a year. The two employees were somewhat immatures and they focused more in their conversation about cars than my order. I ordered a shake and the employee asked me if I would like whipped cream, I said no and he still put it on my beverage.

Used to love this place. Nowadays they dont have many of the flavors available. Especially Cherry Garcia! They have a nice open area with tables and chairs. Yet, I recommend this place.

The worst customer service experience Ive had in a long time.Four employees, no one in the line and it took almost three minutes for someone (I believe it was the manager) to notice we were there. The ice cream was good. I like the wooden spoons. It was my first time there, probably the last one also.

Very nice, comfy place. Accessible for all of those who travel through Tren Urbano. Located in the Torrimar station, the place has tables in and out the place. They change some ice cream flavors every day and theres a nice variety of breakfast and lunch for vegans, vegetarians and meat lovers alike.
