Wish they had better parking space but you can use the parking at bellas artes on the other side of the road. 4 pedals, accesories or guitars this is the place 2 go. They beat the competition on all guitar related areas!!! Yeah they rock.

In an effort to support a local store, I recently bought a guitar there that came with the wrong parts. Their return policy is over-restrictive and anti-consumer. They are not a authorized service center for the guitar I bought, and can not carry out the repairs needed under warranty. So essentially, they sold me a instrument that’s not as advertised and then refused to make it right in any way.For these reasons, I will never spend another dime in their store. Online retailers at least stand behind their customers with comprehensive return and customer service policies. These guys lost my business forever over $10 worth of parts and their customer service/returns policy.Edit in response to owners response:I contacted the store on 12/7 and 12/8 (see screenshots attached), where I explained my issues. The fact that the staff either does not remember or denies this is indicative of the level of customer service I received both times. As per call with manufacturers customer service on 12/8, (see screenshot attached) no spec changed had happened. The guitars remains as originally advertised on the manufacturers website as of 12/27. I believe I am still owed the parts advertised.I only reached out to the manager as my fourth and final option. I never received a reply from him, or the store regarding the issues with the guitar. (see screenshots attached) Additionally. installing the parts in the store would void the remainder of the warranty, as it is not authorized service center.Between the no-return policy, and the lack of effective customer service, I am left having paid full price for a instrument that is not as advertised at the very least. I am disappointed in my purchase and regretful of my choice in retailer.

Guitars Boutique is the best music gear and instrument store on the island. They have a good selection, and good service. Ive bought several Strymon pedals, guitars, amps. Theyve also set up and customized my guitars.

This is THE best guitar shop in Puerto Rico. No joking around... First of all, I brought my guitar here to get adjusted, and they did a perfect job...my guitar plays like a dream. Their selection of guitars and basses are the best. Its like a mini guitar center but with nice Island vibes. Professional, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Trust me they got what you need.

Great people. Anthony gave me very good and valuable explanation about the two Spanish acoustic instruments I brought in for evaluation (both over 45 years old); and Pedro - their luthier - was awesome explaining to me the work he thought my instruments needed to have done to get them back into playing condition. I was a great experience and Im definitely bringing to them another acoustic string instrument I have at home, to have it repaired!

Excellent attention from the staff. A good selection of mid and low end guitars. Very few high end guitars. Large selection of most other musical and percussion instruments.
