My experience this morning was very unpleasant with the person in charge of the store if I am not mistaken by the last name Rodríguez, very hostile, spoiled and with attitudes since he knows that I prepare something that I did not ask for, I clearly indicated that the painting he wanted It was Rose Gold with Glitter (the glitter) indicated that I could prepare it and what I prepared was metallic rose gold, she demanded and tells me that she can no longer do anything because it is ready and I indicate that I was clear in what I asked for and she tells me that in Puerto Rico that painting is not prepared that only in the United States and that he cannot do anything, I ask to speak to someone superior to him and he tells me it was him, I asked for his full name and he refused to give it to me, because he knows that It was wrong, well disappointed.
