I stopped by to this store with out a plan, We bought quite some stuff when we left. This store is very clean and tidy. Good price and discounted item .

You can always find what you need. Good curbside pickup too!

Found most of what we were looking for without any particular difficulty, checkout was easy and fast.

The inventory was sparse in places and it was hard to tell who worked there when I was walking around. I needed to make a return and as that was the only cashier as well, the line was lengthy. Would be helpful if cashiers could also do returns to move people through more quickly.

Great store. Very helpful staff. Only complaint would be that I had purchased several items and I wasnt asked if I was interested in a bag. It was clear that I had too many items to walk out of the store with. A nice touch with the checkout staff would be to ask the customer if they wanted, or needed a bag with each purchase. As it turned out I needed to request a bag and my cashier seemed put out that I asked. I received my bag and bagged the items myself. I know I will return to this store and I will make sure I bring my own bag.

Very busy place before Christmas. Nicely organized check-out lines. Helpful staff. Neat, clean. I have to go in another time and really get the floor plan in my head. Ill be shopping there again.

Asked associate if they had any more welcome mats other than those in the entrance area. Answer no. Asked if they had a flyer .. no. Says they are mailed out by corporate, so they wouldnt have (dumb question ?) Then we found the mats right near where I asked (no thanks to Tanny). Then their WIFI had no internet so I couldnt bring up coupon. Check-out associate insisted it was my phone because her team member said she had WIFI. (WIFI with internet was fine the moment I went next door). Employees NOT knowledgeable or helpful or reasonably friendly .. they dont wanna be there .. the attitudes.

The store has a circular shape that guides you around the store with subsections that branch off the side with everything from Yankee candles to carpets, furniture, appliances, and nicknacks. The general idea is that if it is on the store catalog than they have it and items that are not can be acquired if the workers are to make a “beyond” order. Overall it functions and tends to be a normal store with a good atmosphere and plenty to buy.

This particular location is lame. Small store and not very friendly staff and/or not willing to help. Management is argumentative when trying to return. When ordering online actual inventory levels in store differ thus cancelation of online orders.

I would assume most people enjoy walking around and looking at all the great stuff they have ....While the prices can be a bit high at tines - they do honor even expired 20% coupons should you be lucky enough to have all that you need. (One coupon per item.) Too bad they dont offer a 20% coupon on an entire order instead.I was told by an employee that it is shocking the number of buyers who enter the store without any coupons.By the way - I believe their coupons are over sized for a reason. Overly large coupons are awkward to carry around-- so many people wont even bother with them.when I recently placed an order on line, I was shocked to receive THREE boxes instead of it all being in a single box.The staff in the Guilford location are very nice and very helpful.

Not what I expected. A little disappointed. No Tommy Copper products but another brand that cant compare. Needed a thermal jug for keeping food and soups hot for my husbands lunch and they dont carry them either. Wanted to purchase an electric espresso maker and they only carried Star Bucks brand. Not an on the way store for us so to travel there and not get what was important to us was a disappointment.

A great store with a selection of items for your home people working there are helpful and attentive. They ordered a exercising bike for me and it was at my house the next morning never seen that happen with other stores

Rude. Simply put, this staff gives preferential treatment to the older and whiter demographic. As I was waiting to return an item I was ignored for several minutes. Upon finally receiving service I was grilled with unnecessary questions. The associate inspected the $20 wine opener as if she was with TSA. Despite the fact that nothing was wrong with the product & I had the original receipt I was informed that I could only receive store credit. I neglected to argue so I took the credit and proceeded to go into the store to use it on another item. However I was put to a halt, as the associate wagged her finger and demanded I make my way to the exit.If you fit the stores desired clintele base Im sure you will have a splendid time. They may even invite you over to watch Fraiser after their shift. If you are younger I would not give them your business.
