Although the rug we purchased is pretty, we expressly asked for a non-hooked rug since we have cats who tend to scratch the rugs we open. They will destroy a hooked rug. We were assured that the rug we purchased for $3,000 was a pile rug - it wasnt, and the store refused to do anything about whatsoever.

You were very nasty to your customer yesterday (my mother), Randy Kaoud. As the founder of a company, you should know better. After your customer got her rug cleaned and she was inquiring about getting cupping, you told her to take her rug and leave.! Very rude and disrespectful, especially after she gave you her business. Shame!
