2 stars for the nice lower-level employees and clean store ... Id rate zero stars for the incompetent management and phone service. Its literally IMPOSSIBLE to reach the pharmacy by telephone ... and they think Im going to trust them with my important medical care? What a joke.
Rude staff telephone service. I called to inform about the status of one of my prescriptions. Aside from navigating the overly complicated answering system once I finally got a hold of someone they gave me a two sentence response and hung up before I could ask a follow up question. We all have busy days at our jobs but don’t put it out on your customers or potential in this case.
I travelled for a family emergency & my Dr was having a hard time transferring my 28 meds. Ive had to be off for 7 days & feel awful. The pharmacist was very helpful & kind
I live a block away and have been going here forever. This is the best cvs; its clean, the employees are extremely nice, and the pharmacist and her personnel are exceptional. The only issues Ive ever seen are from incredibly rude customers, nearly screaming at pharmacy employees about the cost of an Rx or being a jerk to the checkout people about coupons. And everytime they are met with calm understanding from the employees. Im thinking these customers are the folks that post poor reviews.
Took covid test 6 days ago and i’m still waiting on results... i know other people who went to other cvs locations days after i tested and have gotten their results before me. don’t recommend going here for testing if u need them quick
Really nice store with happy and friendly people who are always eager to help. Alex and Nick are really awesome managers!!!
I have found the pharmacy to be excellent, and shout out to Lauren for helping me save money on my prescriptions!
Its OK, just a standard CVS. Seen some negative reviews, and I have had more than one or two not-so-great experiences, partucularly at the pharmacy, but not lately. I think that can be said for any chain pharmacy. That being said, they have a good selection of everything youd expect to find at a CVS and its a decent store.
Need to educate pharmacy personnel customers on HIPPA. Employees name pharma products out loud and customers stand too close.i have spoken with store management many times.
Local drive-thru testing for covid-19. First one on the shoreline
I had an experience not to forget ever in this store.I went for an simple item - SlowMag-magnesium. I was not able to find it in the isle 17, where vitamins are listed, so I asked a pharmacy clerk. The reply was isle 17, and I do not have a time. After searching for 10 minutes I gave up and went to the pharmacy clerk again. She was literally poking her nose and said Ill be right with you in the isle 17. I wish her employee tag would be visible, so I could share her initials. Another five minutes past and a cosmetic lady stocking her products (not an employee of CVS) was very concerned about my searching for the way I was searching for 15 minutes and offered to help. She made a phone call to the pharmacy and among the stickers that block the items (Hello, managers!!, it costs money to have an employee block all the products with stickers BUY ONE, GET THE SECOND 50% OFF), she found it.Never more. Good buy, CVS.
I had my covid test over 2 days ago and going on 3 days waiting for my test results. They obviously have not heard of the adage, promise long, delivered short.CVS should post their test result times at the beginning of their line, with a statement saying, if sooner results are need, go to a different location.
I see many bad reviews, although I personally havent had any issues with them it is just average and they are somewhat slow. Also you can kind of tell that they just want the day to be over and dont really care by their tone and personality.Still ill mark it as average since nothing bad has happened to me yet since my prescriptions get filled relatively quickly.
The pharmacy is much more adequately staffed than Walgreens which means you get your scripts faster and with less errors.
This pharmacy has given me loads of problems and I just switched. Never has anything on time not happy about the service.
Good store some of the cashiers can drive u crazy.
This place is god awful never go here every time I pick up they never have my prescription in stock even though they told me they did over the phone consider a different place
The first place most people go on their trip out of Adams and into the Green is CVS, it offers a wide variety of items (and what most teens are looking for, snacks) and with decently priced items, no wonder so many people go there.
Very rude cashiers. One accused me of cutting the line. When trying to explain that he was mistaken, I was given a dirty look and ignored. Not coming here again.
Walk in clinic isnt even open during the advertised business hours. Absolutely pitiful. Horrible management. This is a zero - star rating.
Hard to find stuff quick
This pharmacy is painful. They are slow they fill the same thing every month and hit continue to get the billing wrong. Awful. If you are looking for a pharmacy keep looking
Good CVS
