I have had tee shirts done by this company that were embroidered 15 years ago I still wear, the quality and care is impeccable

I have used Zuse before and been happy with their service. Thats why I gave 2 stars.I just went into their new building in Branford and was greeted by no one. I rang the bell, which it says to do on the door but no one came down.I called up hey are you guys still open to which 2 men came down. This was 5pm. One said he didnt work there anymore and was unable to help and walked away, the other said someone will be with me when hes off the phone. Ok. No worries.40 minutes later, and I heard the phone click a while earlier and doors opening and closing, shoes against the floor while someone walked around upstairs. The guy on the phone was told about me waiting when I arrived had asked me to please sit and hed be with me soon.I get that they just moved and are trying to organize, I get that it was later in the day, but they didnt bother to even ask me about my order, which could have been $30.00 or $30,000.At one point my phone rang and I answered it, they heard my voice (Im not quite) but still chose not to come down.Ive used Zuse before but wont any longer.At least come down to say you cant help right now.Have 1 of the 2 people you sent down when I arrived ask what I needed, both just left me there for 40 minutes til I left.I dont know when they moved and maybe, because of past history Ill try again once they are more settled, but as of now Im taking my business elsewhere.
