I bought my tile for my house at Genrose Guilford store and Alisa helped me pick out all my tile. She was so patient and answered every question that I had about the tile textures and grout. I am so pleased with her customer service that I will never go anywhere else. My house looks great and I referred my daughter there for a backsplash and it looks flawless.
