Say what you will about the Big Box Stores but at least I can find what Im looking for. If you run out then reorder, better yet do inventory and order appropriately so you dont run out, like zip ties or the small propane bottles for grills. But apparently when this store runs out of something they dont reorder? Ive been to this particular store three times and as a disabled person navigating the store is a pain, literally. There is an isle in the back that has had garbage cans sitting there at least the entire summer. Very difficult for someone on a walker, and a motility scooter, theres no way. So Ill go to where I can get around easily and get what I need.

This is one of the better locations because it has more stock and more variety and what they carry. The people are very helpful in finding anything that you may need and the prices here are within reason. This is a great place to get any of your work needs.

We love tractor supply. It has everything and i think it beats the big box stores home depot and lowes. Yea they have more. But this store has alot of things they dont have like live chics like 6 dif kinds also huge safes. And the reason we always look for one is bc they fill RV propane almost all of them do it we found one in fla that didnt. But this store is great they have this bin that has like 8 dif boxes that have all cool tool knick nacks like socket sets and wrench sets and axes and just alot of awesome things that everone always need and everything is like under 15 bucks everytime i go i spend like 15 min just goin thru these open box ..also have some great clothes. For work. Carhartt and just a good selection that everyone uses ..also they have alot of name brand things dewalt and all the good things u use for work. Way way better quality wise then harbor freight. This is a def. Reccomended place to go spend a good hour checking everything out they also have alot of bigger things outside. Def one of our favorite stores love it. There all pretty much the same but also check out the dried beef jerky line they carry homemade and its a 9 out of ten really good. 5 star store

This is an amazing store. Wow, everyone is so nice and makes you feel welcome. My first time in the store after ordering online. Item was ready in 30 minutes. The fastest I have ever had an item be ready.Then I go in and the gentlemen were awesome. I was just picking up kerosene but the guy at the front was funny and made me immediately comfortable. Then I go pick up the kerosene and another guy said, do you want me to put it in the car for you? Wow, I was only getting two gallons and said I can do it. But it really touched me about how kind he was.This little exchange made me so happy, I got home and went back to the site to see what else they sell. It has become my favorite store especially the one in Guilford, CT.Thank you for making me feel so welcome although I wasnt spending a lot of money. Loved every minute of it and shall be back.

I bought a 80 gallon air Compressor over a year ago from Steve the store manager. What a class act. The compressor that was at the store was missing a part from the manufacturer. Steve ended up having me wait for a new shipment so i could get a new one right off the truck. For my inconvenience Steve gave me the compressor at the sale price that had already ended! I was very pleased with my service. I live down the street from the store and I’m in there just about twice a week sometimes more. The staff is super friendly and helpful and my dog loves them because they give him treats.

Great place. Not just for tractor parts and supplies! You can find pet supplies, tools, clothing and boots n shoes as well. Very neat and clean store and the employees we saw were friendly offering a salutation, something you dont see much anymore. Back to the clothes plenty of bigger mens sizes which is great since my husband is big and tall. Stopped in just to peruse but will be back.

This was the first time I was in there. A young man helped me quickly. He was very friendly and polite. He was aware it was needed to have another check-out opened.Im very pleased and will happily return when I need something more.

I love this store. You can get cool stuff on clearance for cheap. They have good candy and everything you need for your chickens. Its a fun store to wander around in.

Recently bought 20 bags of wood pellets. With a big storm coming in I like to be prepared . I was told the guy in back was too busy to help load, not can help in 5 or 10 minutes but was to busy period. Theyre quick to load the full ton ( I purchased 3 this year, so I know) its much more fun to drive the fork lift than to load by hand. Not going back !!

Great customer service but they never have anything. They have lost thousands of dollars of my money By not restocking certain tools (air and electric,) hardware, and countless other items. The past three times I went, they didnt have what I needed in stock. Brake cleaner, never seez, and angle grinder. Three basic items

Went in to purchase chicks for my small backyard flock. Sales associate informed me I could not buy 4 chicks and had to buy a minimum of six. She did not explain the reason for the policy. I explained that I already have a few hens and didnt have room for six more. She was rude and kept repeating that I had to buy six chicks. Ive had chickens for years and when I need to replace hens that have been lost to predators or old age, every other feed store will make exceptions to the minimum chick purchase when I explain that I already have an existing flock. I should have known better than to go to a chain store instead of driving a few extra minutes to a locally owned place. Its a mistake I wont make again. I drove straight from Tractor Supply to Lakeside Feed, got four healthy chicks and supplies, pet a sweet dog, held a baby duck, said hi to the llamas, and didnt have to deal with any rude staff.

Needed a 36 inch drive belt. They stocked a large variety of sizes. Easy access to parking and quick checkout. Friendly service.

Called at 551 and was told they just got a weather alert on their phone and cant fill propane unless its clear for 30 minutes... it was bright and sunny so I showed up at 630 and was told the same thing... they just never want to fill propane...

Tractor supply has been a pleasant surprise, its kind of a Ace Hardware meets Cabela meets farm store.

Im posting this after 5 months - for a reason. The staff REALLY needs an education on retail behavior. As a result of an experience during checkout, I have found many alternate sources to frequent. If they want to insult and be disrespectful, then they can expect decline in customers.

I will never shop at Tractor supply again, I bought a 3000 lawnmower in June, it was delivered with a flat tire, I have made numerous calls and have gotten such ridiculous excuses for 6 months. Very unfair and poor management.
