First time visiting here after Leslie’s let me down again. Doug and the rest of the crew were very inviting. They explained how they do things there, just got in some chlorine tabs and told me o should take some because they’re difficult to find right now and Doug explained their water testing service in detail. Definitely coming back.

Great place and great service in and out in under 15, I had to be in town so I brought water sample, simple easy told me what I need bought PH increase put it in pool, levels perfect now. staff all very helpful and polite

Awful. Overpriced, no customer service skills whatsoever. They are so lucky they are the only pool place in town. Any one else opens a popls store with a shred of organization and customer service skills this would be closed in a month.

Extremely unprofessional. The person Caitlin who answered the phone at the Guilford location has no customer service skills what so ever.

My favorite pool supply store. If youre looking for parts or chemicals they will have it. They carry bioguard, which I have had very good results using. The store employees are knowledgeable and very helpful.

Drove all the way from East Haven to visit this place just to find a sign that says Be back at 2 Tell me how this is good business? Customers look you up online, see your hours of business, drive all the way there and literally get stuck out in the rain. Im sorry but a sign on the door when youre suppose to be open is bad business.

Told parts were going to be 1400 to fix. Called manufacturer in California and they sent me to SPA DEPOT who said 79.95. replacement part was all that was necessary. Called back to relay info to service dept to let them know that I could get them the part at a better rate. ( I get markup on parts but wow). They asked me for the name of the manufacturer. You would think you would have to know that if you found a replacement part for 1400.00.....My hot tub is an older model so finding parts isnt easy however If you dont want the job then just communicate that position. Perhaps recommending your competition for the job instead. Really unprofessional. 3rd time out to my hot tub this season. Im guessing if its an easy job this is the team for you anything that may be slightly complicated perhaps is problematic and you should go elsewhere.
