Ray is an excellent salesperson. I wasnt sure of what I needed for the bed frame I had bought a week before. He spent time walking me through everything. He told me what mattresses were best and then spent time making sure the mattress and box spring were the right height for the bed set I bought. I recently had the pleasure of working with Chelsea from rooms to Go Gulfport. I needed to fill every space of a three-bedroom home at once. Unfortunately, my wife was still overseas, so the weight of this project was put on my shoulders and, thankfully, with Chelseas help, everything was completed quickly without any stress.I told Chelsea a general idea of what we and we means my wife was looking for. Excellent service and shopping atmosphere. A quarter of their store is devoted to childrens furniture exclusively. My son was able to pick a bedroom set that he really liked, and the staff helped us pick the pieces from the bedroom set that fit our needs effortlessly. The store itself has an open and super casual atmosphere.

BUYER BEWARE. If I could give this place a negative star, I would. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I bought a new bedroom set and it was delivered to me damaged. They also installed the bed wrong and broke one of the storage frames. I waited a month for the new frames to come in. Then they sent me railings instead of the frames. So now I am waiting once again for them to deliver the frames. This processes has taken over two months. I had to exchange both of the nightstands due to damage. I called the sales lady, Deanna, and she never returned my call. Worst customer service I have ever received.

We came knowing exactly what we wanted for a teen boy room and the staff were helpful and made it an easy, smooth, and quickest transaction I’ve ever experienced at a furniture store. Even when what we wanted specifically was on back order, they had another option with a better deal(actually looks better than what we wanted originally). Extremely pleased with our service; 10/10 recommend!

Over priced and they charged me around 300 bucks to deliver. They deliver by way of a semi from Louisiana. I bought a bedroom set and after one year I would hear a clap everytime I got out of bed, so I would adjust my mattress and it would go away. Then one night I heard the same sound after getting out of bed, I looked under the bed and what I found was the slats holding the mattress broke, the slats are tongue and grooved glued together, they are not solid pieces of wood. I pulled the mattress to the side and then I reglued the boards back together. I will see how long or if this will work. Bargain basement furniture at best. Buy at your own risk.

His understanding of the products, their options, their availability and his personalized call me if you have issues approach is the type of work ethic I appreciate.Im looking to move out of state soon. If that happens, Im so comfortable working with Frank, Id be willing to have him help me identify items online to purchase from a local RTG.Overall, great experience.

On our first visit, Mr. Reginald Gardell Robinson, Sr. assisted us with a living room set. I had had a series of mini-strokes in the previous weeks and began experiencing symptoms while talking with him. He was extremely understanding and helped us to leave the store immediately so I could go to the emergency room. Later he texted and then called to check on me. After I had surgery and recovered, we called Mr. Robinson. He met with us and we purchased a loveseat from him. My wife and I are very pleased with the service he provided.
