Similar to another dealership (Holmes Motors). You can pay bi weekly or monthly. Prices seem inflated. They offer three years of oil changes to sweeten deal. Salesman did not seem incredibly knowledgable about autos. Nothing impressive.

My wife and I came in looking for a soul and ended up leaving a dodge caravan we had cowboy to help us and he went above and beyond to help us we didnt end up with the kea but we did so much better then we thought we would my wife and I absolutely fell in love with the dodge careavan and also he worked it out that we got a perfect down payment and he did such a wonderful job recommend to come here and get your car but dont forget to ask for cowboy

I wish I could give this place 0 stars! Worst ever! Got this car august 2018, 2 weeks later transmission goes out, tried to take the car back, was told I couldn’t. They put me in a rental until my car was “fixed” took 2 and a half months because they didn’t want to pay Chevrolet $6,000 for a new one. So they “got one they had” and had Meineke put it in. When I got my car back finally, I noticed other problems with the car, they wouldn’t fix it because I was passed the 30 day warranty even then they had my car 2 weeks after I had it to get fixed and it took almost 3 months to get back. Keep in mind I had to still pay the note ! Which is $460 for a 2013 impala! Even tho in the commercials they said they will put you in 2015 or better. A year later and my transmission is going out AGAIN! Worst car company ever!

I am never one to give bad reviews because who really listens, BUT if someone actually reads this do NOT waste your time at this place! This is the most unprofessional place I have ever had to deal with. I have had a car with them since June, never had any problems until I started paying my car note through the location because it’s next to my job and I thought it would be better to save the $5 fee they charge you through the automatic system over the phone. I’ve paid my car note every other Friday as due but they don’t process it until the next week, charging me over $70 in late fees when my cashiers check states the date I got it and that it is in fact on time but because they’re behind on processing you have to pay for it. When trying to get the problem resolved they will transfer you mid sentence, hang up in your face, and refuse your phone calls. The WORST PLACE TO BUY A CAR FROM. The finical department is connected through the locations and is just as bad, they’re rude and refuse to let you speak with upper management when there’s a problem they refuse to handle. Not to mention they charge you brand new car prices on used cars, so might as well go to a real dealership that will communicate with you.

When I first heard about ACC, everyone raves about how it’s easy payments, no credit checks and they left with a car the same day. At the time, I too was in need of a new car. My husband and I collectively have 7 kids and needed a vehicle big enough for all our babies. I went to ACC and yes I was approved for a car and drove away with a vehicle that was big enough for all my kids a 2016 Dodge Journey. The first bad sign (I ignored) was the sales man had NO KNOWLEDGE of the vehicles. He didn’t know where the battery was, how to open the hood and didn’t even realize the car was push start. I still moved forward. After a week of having the car, I was driving the car on the interstate and it started making a squealing noise. I called the warranty department they told me to take the car to one of their “authorized” mechanics. They didn’t know what the noise was but thought it was the engine. I then had to take it to ANOTHER one of their “authorized” mechanics that said “nothing is wrong with the car” But I know what I heard. I still kept the car. Now this is why I wouldn’t recommend this company. They deferred the down payments for the car I purchased. I put $750 down and had a remainder of $500 split into two payments a total of $1250 for a USED car they over charged me for. The total amount for the car is $22,000. Not worth it. I paid the first $250 on the specified date with a money order. The second $250 came around the time “social-distancing” was in effect for Covid-19 so no one was in the office to accept my payment. For my records since I wouldn’t have a receipt, I purchased a cashiers check from my bank for $250. I dropped the payment in the drop box and that was it. Three weeks later, I get a call saying my cashiers check came back NSF insufficient funds. Not possible. Earlier that day, I had dropped my car payment of $227 in the drop box. This payment was fine. Some how they posted it to the $250 payment that came back NSF making it seem as if I shorted my payment $23. Long story short, I was out of work due to my children school closing. I had paid everything on time and I had been corresponding with them trying to fix the issue of the some who NSF $250 cashier check which they said they would be sending back to me. During this entire situation of my kids being home, me having to quit my job and being home with 6 kids ranging from teens to a newborn they disabled my car. I woke up one morning to take my kids to pick up their work packets from their school and a school lunch and they disabled my car for none payment. I wasn’t give notice, I had spoken with one of their account repts the day before and NO ONE informed me my car would be disabled. I had been corresponding with them nearly EVERYDAY to fix the issue of my cashiers check, explaining to them my situation but they were HEARTLESS. During the middle of a pandemic, having to quit my job and being home with 6 kids they had NO remorse for my situation. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. They’re unprofessional, inconsiderate, and they over charge. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Avoid this place at all cost.. Fast talking salesman but once you leave that lot any problem you have with that car is on you.. Theyll send you to Menieke but theyre literally only going to take a look at the vehicle and send you away in the same shape.. My brakes were scrubbing with in two weeks, I was told by Menieke that its because the car hasnt been driven in a while (bull).. There was no oil in this car.. Windshield wipers were no good.. I have had to air these tires up often.. Every single tire.. They will take advantage of the fact that you need a car.. What salesman wouldnt right?? But Im here to tell you.. This place is not the place to go!!!

Place has nice cars but I called and was told they were doing a special were you show your tax return and you pay deposit when your taxes come in I get to car lot they say they can get me in a car for 500 down and then get call saying I need 1500 down they draw you in with low down payments and then have you pay more for down payment bait and switch
