I stopped today to pick up a few Donuts. I was told by the cashier the fresh donut holes did I saw coming out would not be ready for a little while. On my way out, the baker came and gave my husband extremely fresh donut holes. That is service!

My first Krispy Kreme ever! They box them up hot off the line. Kids picked some other specialty donuts too that they loved. Coffee and/or milk at the check out. 🍩

For taste alone I give them a 5 star rating! These tasty donuts are good any time of the day yet when you get them fresh and warm you will be hooked!

Staff is very friendly. The cashier handed the kids hot donuts right off the line. This was their very first Krispy Kreme donut EVER. That is the RIGHT WAY to try them. Thank you so much. The Christmas themed donuts are adorable.

Nothing like entering a building and smelling those fresh doughnuts 🍩 coming off the line. This placed filled up quickly but was worth the wait. Took home a fresh dozen for the road. Doughnuts were still fresh the following morning. Come back to Lafayette,LA please.

Good food and service, except they will get your order wrong sometimes. I dont mind getting the wrong donuts because I like them all. However, if you are look for a specific donut make sure you check before you drive away.

Cant go wrong with donuts! I just wish their voice box at the menu marquis was closer to the car. Yelling out my mixed dozen wasnt cool nor the cashier answering back, being barely audible, not very customer friendly...but thats just me.

Turn off more lights when you are closed so people aren’t sitting and waiting. All lights were in except the “hot”. A young lady went to the drive through window, looked at me and said nothing as I sat and looked at the well lit drive through menu. So the answer is no I would not have seen anything out of the ordinary.

For Halloween, my grandson wanted the Halloween donuts instead of candy from. So he picked out the two he wanted from their website, Enchanted cauldron and Abra cat dabra. They didnt even make a real attempt to make it look anything like what was advertised.

The drive threw was okay. When they were handed to me boy they was hott and very soft just melted in my mouth.

The drive thru moved pretty fast. Was able to get fresh hot Donuts. Loved that they had some new flavors to try.

After asking what I wanted on the speaker box, it was dead quiet for almost ten minutes after I gave my order. I pulled up and when I was telling them what I wanted they couldn’t understand what I wanted and gave me dirty looks. I wanted a dozen doughnuts half chocolate icing and the other half strawberry icing. I explained it multiple times in different ways without giving any signs of frustration. Like most people would do in that situation I cut my losses and drove off after a few minutes . Though not without the person at the window giving a snarky comment. Again this whole time I wasn’t being rude or frustrated. I guess best way to not have to work is play dumb. Maybe had something to do with it smelling like weed in the store.

It was good! But the older woman that worked there was a lier and yes you can get half chocolate glazed and half reg. Glazed on the $13, 2 dozen deal. You have to be a rewards member though so remember that. (That is an older picture)

Had two different cards and the cashier said she couldnt use both ( my Wife has many, many years experience as a waiterss/server/manager/cashier, and assures me it can be done. Evidently the young lady was not trained how to do so. But otherwise all good, and good, hot, fresh donuts, like we wanted!

Typically all Krispy Kreme locations are good. This one is nice. It’s a half mile south of I-10, on Hwy 49, close to the airport.

The lady who took our money was rude and didnt answer the question. She just gave us a smart remark without a straight answer. We asked if they gave a military discount and she said I just gave you a free doughnut. We bought a dozen glazed donuts on national doughnut day. Very rude and disrespectful.

I grew up with Krispy Kreme Doughnuts! The doughnuts are great and so is the service! Its as if the staff realize youre there to experience a little bit of history! They are as glad to see you as you are to see them! We always enjoy coming to Krispy Kreme! We always get a hat too!

Throw the entire day AWAY03/01/2021 came to this location twice. First visit the hot light wasnt on when supposed to then they turned it on and turned it right back off, nobody was responding at the speaker nor window with staff inside. Second visit line didnt move for more than 10min and the staff just seem overwhelmed like they had a rough day

Love these donuts. They are the best. But their service is terrible. I wish they hired someone who wanted to work there. Destiny should definitely consider a different job.

Let me start by saying that the donuts were fresh and delicious. The reason for the one star rating is the customer service. The dining room is closed so everyone must use the drive through...which is fine if you’re not in semi truck, as I am. I walked here from the hotel that I stayed at down the street. I wasn’t aware that the dining room was closed until I got to Krispy Kreme. I walked up to the window to place my order. I placed my order and then stood there for a good 5 minutes waiting on a dozen donuts. If I hadn’t already paid then I would have left. Finally, the lady came back to give me my donuts and said to me that the next time I won’t be allowed to walk up to the window and that I have to be in a vehicle. I told her that I’m in a semi truck so thats why I walked up to the window. She yells (I’m assuming to management) what I just told her. Management yells back that I need to order online then come pick up my order...tell me, how is ordering online and walking up to the window any different than me just walking up to the window to order? I understand that some places have a policy of no walk up to the drive thru window to order but during this unprecedented time that we’re in some policy’s need to be changed to help each and every person.

Slow service, employees at the drive-thru window or way nicer than the ones working the inside counter. Best bet is to stay in the drive-thru line, it appears to be quicker.

We dont have a Krispy Kreme close to where we live so we decided to go by on our way out of town. The donuts were hot and absolutely delicious. They were so soft that I had eaten 3 before I got out of town.

So absolutely no customer service ! Guy at window extremely rude ! Would tell me what other donuts they had other than chocolate.,( like Im suppose to know ) they were out of regular. All he kept saying was everything and chocolate. HELLO EXPLAIN TO ME WHICH ASSORTED YOU HAVE, IS THAT SO HARD. And said inside was closed. And then he kept shuttting window on me . So I told him he had poor customer service and shouldnt treat customers this way. I wont be going back to this location ever again !!!! Management should be notified on this gentleman. no reason why he should of been this way !

The man behind the counter was the smartest, nicest, respectful,patient. Person i have dealt with in any customer service position in a very long time! And of course the donuts were amazing and so hot and sweet! And perfect amount of cream and sugar for my coffee. All the way aroundna great experience!

The employee kept repeating wrong order. I drove around to window explain what I wanted, young lady still got our order wrong. I ask two dozen hot glazed received one dozen glazed not hot and second dozen chocolate.
