Our local law firm with over 25+ employees experienced a server outage. After Pro Computers diagnosed the internal issues, we found out we needed a server replacement. Our new server was ordered same day with over night shipping. Within 24 hours after receiving the new server, these professionals had it in place and each of our employee’s work stations were configured to the server via a domain environment. Now our server works better & faster than ever before, and we can easily control all devices from one central location. We also opted to back our server data up with the Pro Computers Managed Care package they offer. This was a great experience and I only wish we found Pro Computers years earlier.

Called for directions to this store & the IT specialist informed me he could remotely connect to my device to troubleshoot it. They were extremely helpful dealing with a defective HP computer. Luckily it was still under warranty and the mother board was eventually replaced by HP. If anyone needs assistance with their computer or system, I highly recommend this store.

Wrong business sry you guys are probably great

I took my brand New computer to this place because i step on the charger while it was in my computer and it damaged the charger output. They call me to tell me that they had to replace the power button also even though i didnt feel like that didnt damaged but i went along with what they said because i asaumed they were professionals. Then they called back to tell me the mother board got damages and that needed to be replaced but it would be too expensive. So i told them i want worry about. I rather just get a new. They told me they wouldnt charge anything because that already offered me to 2 discounts because they didnt look at it in the time frame that they said they would. After they said they werent going to charge me. I told them that I would pick it up. They called back to say that they had to charge me for something. So they charged me 48.00 instead of thw original 150.00. Oh they told me they fixed the problem that i originally came i their for and replaced the power button. I go pay them my 48.00 get home amd realized tje power thingy wasnt in there. I called them amd they said they didnt fix it based on the other findings they had even though they told me they fixed it. So i told them i want my part anyway. Tney charged me 10.00 for. Started feeling a little suspicious so i had a computer technician. That has worked on computers and employed at Dell in Texas to look at it since he was home for Christmas. Lord and be hold i have other parts missing out my computer. Im pissed. I will be filing a complaint at the court house after New years and they will get a call from my lawyer
