They have new staff now...this was the first time i have been back in here since i got into it with a cashier about my hood on my head about 2 years ago...this new staff of people are great and i will continue to go now as long as they are there.

I bought 2 Pop disposable vapes and since you can’t vape in the store, I walked into the parking lot to make sure they both worked. One did, one didn’t. I turned around and walked back into the store to exchange it for one that actually worked, and the clerk told me that it was the managers policy that if the Vape didn’t work, it was the customers loss. I never got into my car, and the reason I always check my pop vapes is because they are notorious for sometimes not working. From now on, I will take all of my business to Canal Grocery, on the corner of Canal Road and 28th St.. They sell the exact same Pop vapes for $5.99, which is cheaper than Clark’s and any other store in the area. The only reason I didn’t go there to begin with is that it’s 3 AM and Canal Grocery is closed. Lesson learned. I will never give Clark’s another dime of my money.

8-13-17 ... Pole sign advertised $2.09 per gallon for regular. The posted price on the pump was $2.09. However, when I pumped my fuel ... at the 10 gallon mark, the pump charged me $2.665 and at the fill-up mark the pump charged me $2.668 per gallon. THIS IS FRAUD.Every pump at the station had a car ... they were BUSY CHEATING PEOPLE. The manager did not refund the money that I was overcharged.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. The customer service at this Clark’s is terrible and the manager Vickey is rude and obnoxious, and seems to be very inexperienced in her position as their manager. She could probably benefit from additional training because her job title does not seem to be reflected in how she deals with customers. I live nearby but I’ll avoid this store like the plague from now on.

Stopped by for $10 in gas until my next pay check. Had just enough to pay my rent after but guess what $90 was taken out for a hold so now I have to pay $50 late fee!

Can’t use EXxon mobile reward card at the pump. Must go inside to use your rewards card. Receipts do not print at pump, must go back inside AGAIN to get receipt. Waste your time twice.

Stopped by last night, very friendly. I was greeted when I walked into the door. They have clean restrooms and a variety of snacks.

I have been a regular daily customer at this store since the day it opened. I bought all my gas there and milk on the way home every other day. Tonight, I was told that since I wear a firearm, as a legal citizen of the state of Ms, and an ex Law enforcement officer, that I could not come in with my weapon on, so this store just lost my business.

Love this store. Always clean and very friendly staff.

Very rude staff wanted us to clear out the area when we finished gettiing $600 in gas. Very rude Ali the attendant especially, never would stop again.

All you can smell at night is dope.. employees hanging out smoking weed and very rude folks.
