What I received... what I thought cake would look like. If you’re thinking of ordering a cake at this location... pick another location. They will not have your cake ready when you come pick up the order. Employee is rude. I wanted a refund instead of waiting over an 30 mins for the employee to give her best hand at the cake.... which is posted here. I was very late to this dinner arrangement that was an hour away due to this error. Oh and not once was an apology given for their mistake of not having the cake either.

All cookies are good, except for the sprinkles cookies. You will definitely have a bad taste left in your mouth. They’re putting in to much of something. I used to love the sprinkles cookies.

Great customer service but, the place was dirty, unorganized and flies were on some of the cookies.
