Chris in copy/printing gives great customer service. He helped me with printing text messages from my phone. I didnt know how to do it and he took the time to help me. Great job!

I went in to Crossroads Gulfport MS store to get a box and ship a snow globe. Two people behind the counter were struggling with the computer. A second was standing nearby with hands in pockets. Three people in line being ignored. A fourth employee came up to the print ship counter and left. I left without getting helped.

I’ve been coming here for years and every single time without fail it’s takes an hour to reorder checks. I bring the exact same order form with me to order the exact same checks we’ve ordered for over 14 years. How can no one know how to do this?

I purchased two complete computer systems with upgrades, tech support, etc. I had the Tech Depot desk get them activated, updated, and install the optional features I chose. After some less than satisfactory support from the corporate support people, the folks at the store in Gulfport, especially Dominique in management and Bowen in tech services, took control of the situation. The end result was fantastic and a very satisfied customer. Well done!!!

The worst. I went in to get a FedEx label printed. I was 3rd in line when I noticed a printed sign saying they were having internet problems. As I got up to the front someone came out to say it would be another 15 minutes. I waited and about 10 minutes later was told it was out and no idea if they would get it back. Someone asked if they had Bluetooth or wireless printing and was told their system doesn’t work like that. Really Office Depot!?!? I ended up going home and wirelessly printing the label. How can you sell equipment and provide these services and yet have no solutions or creative thinking to get the simple stuff done.

Rude staff. Girl behind the counter has a problem rolling her eyes with customers. Can’t give you proper directions either for copies. Paid for duplicate copies and didn’t even get the copies I needed. She rushed me at check out so I couldn’t check to see if I had what I needed. Very comfortable. Was rude to customers behind me in line as well. Very unprofessional and unorganized store.

Purchased a new office chair @ their Gulfport Location. Item was to be shipped to my house.The chair never made it to my house. Office Depot could not tell me where the chair went or where it was located. The only place they could confirm where the chair was not located, was my house. Spent around three hours cumulatively on the phone with Customer Service, only to resolve nothing. Wouldnt issue me a refund until the chair is back in their possession. Who knows when that would be. Had to file a dispute.Customer Support/Logistics/Communication need a lot of work.

I had a desk and a chair for my daughter that was on sale that I wanted and they thought they were out so they found me one in Biloxi. But then found one! Yeah!

Drove 2 1/2 hours from Louisiana to purchase a laptop that this location was guaranteed they would hold for me. Tried to order online and it showed out of stock but they had one. So I called not once but 2 times and was told yes they would hold. Get to store and to my surprise they did not hold. VERY UPSET!!! Do not spend your hard earned money here!!!!!!

Chris in the copy/printing department went out of his way to assist me in trying to return a package. I had no idea of what I was doing and Chris took over and made my experience a positive one. Customer Service is not dead. Its alive and well, with folks like Chris!Thanks Again!

The employees were friendly and polite. Staff interactions were 5 stars. I am giving only 4 stars because a lot of the prices for merchandise seemed very high. The same items can be found at other retailers for less money.

This is the best office Depot Ive been to. The nice lady named Kiara at copy and print helped me with my posters I needed done immediately. They were done perfectly. She went the extra mile to make sure I had what I needed. It was truly the best help Ive ever had at this chain.

Amazing customer service!!! Amazing manager walked me through the best inkjet printers compared to a laser. Carried it to register for me and helped load it in my car! Love this place and they for sure have a customer for life with me!!!

Always a great experience at this store. Staff are very helpful. Print center can have a wait sometimes but they are helpful and helped me save money on my order.

Totally disappointed. Just a few years ago Office Depot was a huge store with great selection of office equipment, chairs, shelves, furniture and other big stuff. Now? Store is like 1/4 of the size it was before the remodeling and the product mix is heavy on disposable supplies and light on stuff that costs big bucks to ship.YO, the reason we want to buy office furniture in store is to pick out from a great selection and save money on shipping. Ordering from the catalog aint the same thing.

Dominique came in on her day off to make sure all the customers rushing in for the back to school sale could get helped quickly. The sale started at 6am and was still going strong at 7pm, but the service was quick and courteous. Great place to shop!

Copy center was busy but got my order in quick. Prints were great. Store was clean and well staffed.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST! How do you have somebody working for you up front at the register who lets people wait in line for more almost 10 minutes just standing there doing absolutely nothing? I called and they said that something happened to the computer. As a customer walking in and it seems like your power never went out, your cashier shouldve said something. But she didnt. I saw her look at me, look away several times without saying anything, and using her phone up front. The worst customer service ever. After nearly 10 minutes of this, she never greeted me nor thanked me after my purchase. I can understand technical issues (which I was never told), but I cannot understand horrible and worthless customer service! Either yall can train Conchita how to be better at her job or let her go. Im telling anybody who asked me about Office Depot about my experience with her.

This is the best Office Depot Ive ever been to. The employees are so helpful & friendly.

Not only did I wait forever (only 2 other people in the print area) the first poster print was done on flimsy thin paper, not enough printer ink and came out wrinkled like a paper jam. Next one was scanned and better, but I may as well have been invisible as they continued to help other customers while I still stood waiting with my print spit out and laying on the floor. Icing on the cake was I said I would go ahead and take the thin not enough printer ink poster just so the art work would not be floating around in a trash can. After seeing the $12.99 ring up I said I wasnt going to pay that for the horrid print so it got chucked in the trash can anyways. Pathetic service. Sorry this is the only place around here like this they have a corner on needed services and do not have to have decent customer service. Sad.

Horrible management I have never been treated so poorly by a manager I had to call corporate because of his attitude the whole place is ridiculous you walk in no one speaks you try to get things printed they are so lazy they dont even ask you they just look at you and wait for you to say something so unprofessional I have never had a problem with this Office Depot until I came in that day and was downright talked to like I was a child telling me what hes not going to do never again then had the nerve to call police trying to throw me out of the store because I was using profanity one thing you not gonna do is disrespect me you can tell when hes the manager nobody has respect for the customer

They never seem to be adequately staffed in the documents/shipping area. Every time Ive visited (usually to ship a package) they only have 1 person behind the counter and shes working her butt off trying to keep up.
