I had an incredible experience at Pav & Broome and working with Vanessa. She was very patient, knowledgeable, professional. She was always very fast to respond and was always able to provide answers that helped me to create the exact ring that we were looking for. My Fiancé had gone all over Mobile looking and just couldn’t come up with the right setting and center stone in a price range that we were comfortable. Now I have a Fiancé going all over Mobile showing off her perfect ring thanks to Pav & Broome. Pav & Broome took all the features she liked from numerous different rings and made it into one ring, all under our budget. They were also able to get it designed and to me within 2 weeks. I would recommend everyone purchase all of their jewelry from Pav & Broome, especially from Vanessa.

I have not dealt with this company personally, but what I have seen online with the way these people deal with the public, I am very impressed. I would have no hesitation to do business with them at all. From the outside it really seems they are a credit to the local business landscsape in Gulfport.

Let me start by saying my husband and i have been trying to find an engagement ring to match my wedding band for about 10 months. Now we have had an issue with walking in in our normal clothing to many ring stores in several places and we don’t get looked at. No one offers a hello or to help cuz we look like working people. Now when we walked in only one woman greeted us and was friendly. Mrs Victoria, everyone was friendly but she was the only one to greet us. And I’m so glad we got her she made my difficult decision so easy for us! I loved the antique diamond from another ring and the modern band, well she made sure to check with the owner/ jeweler anf they were able to combine the two!!! I’m so tickled and she was just wonderful!!! On top of this she’s having it sized and finished the same day!

Every staff member my fiance and I encountered with P&B was extremely friendly and helpful, but Vanessa and Victoria were the two we worked with. We wanted a unique ring design for my engagement ring, and Victoria walked us through some preliminary options and Vanessa designed the ring to bring our vision to life. We originally had a similar ring custom-made through a different jeweler and had an awful experience. Deciding to shop local with Pav & Broome was the best decision we made. Vanessa kept us updated on the progress of the ring, and we felt that she and the other staff members truly cared about us. If we could do it all over again, we would have gone to P&B from the start of this, and I honestly recommend other couples do the same.

Huge thank you to Pav & Broome for the excellent job they did on fixing my broken necklace. It was a necklace that my father had given to me back before I was even in high school. As a Southern, Im not obligated to say when that was but it was a LOOOOONG time ago. I hadnt taken it off of my neck but a handful of times. I was devastated when I broke it but knew exactly who I was going to have fix it. They were kind, courteous, and very understanding when it came to the sentimental value of my necklace. Thank you for the wonderful job. It feels so nice to have my necklace back around my neck again.

Lovely jeweler. Was greeted by Vanessa. Helped me look at a couple of rings, brought my soon to be fiancé to just shop later the day. She unknowingly picked out the ring she will be getting soon. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Also they are repairing her heirloom ring and it was fairly cheap for what all they have to repair on it. Very nice establishment and I love that it’s locally owned.

The great selection and service I discovered at Pav & Broome jewelers is a cut above the rest. I found them while trying to find a factory repair station for a Tag Heuer watch that needed servicing. My old jeweler closed up their shop and other local jewelers didn’t do repairs anymore and just wanted to ship my watch off to the factory - with a 6-8 week wait time. Pav & Broome in Gulfport examined my watch, recommended some maintenance services and a general cleanup of the inside and outside and returned my Tag to me in brand new condition in only a few days. They provide excellent watch repair services performed by 3 full time, certified watchmakers. This makes for a worry free maintenance/repair session for your Tag or any other quality timepiece. I also found a friendly, outgoing staff who welcome you every time you visit - and you will want to come back again and again as Pav & Broome has a shop full of nice gifts and these sweet ladies in the shop make your visit fun and memorable.Finally, I highly recommend Pav and Broome for all your watch purchase and repair needs. They are now my go to shop for all my jewelry, watch and repair services.

I called about drilling a small piece of a small screw from a small hinge on my glasses and the lovely ladies of Pav & Broome asked me to bring it in to see if they could help. They were successful and super friendly and I am extremely thankful for their time and energy. 10 minutes of their time meant a world to me. For wonderful customer service and dazzling pieces (couldnt help but browse will I was there), look no further.

I was a book judged by my cover immediately after entering this establishment. And i wasnt even a ok book. The one lady that called herself helping me looked at my one item(through a loop may i add) said i dont see a stamp on the ring so the gem is probably not real either. Sad thing is the ring clearly had a stamp. She pretty much brushed me off. Didnt ask if i needed help with anything else. Her loss i was also looking for engagement rings.

Called twice to get quotes on a piece, and both times the conversation was overheard by my spouse. Committed to it, drove 2 hours one way to get it, and magically the price had gone up nearly $1,000. Car dealer bait and switch tactics. Go somewhere else.

I was going to type a review about Pav & Broomes awful customer service I experienced a couple years ago, but I figured the woman in the appraisal department was just having a bad day. I work at an insurance company, and my primary job is to insure and protect what matters to our community, and Id like to think I do it well. The reason for this review is the fact that Ive received a surprisingly large amount of complaints about Pav & Broomes customer service that I was able to relate to. As some of you may know, State Farm insures jewelry. We need an appraisal from a jeweler in order to bind coverage. To the employees/owners of Pav & Broome, I know youve been in business for years. You can count on all the big names of the Gulf Coast and their families to spend thousands of dollars at your store. Good for you! That does not give you the right to turn your nose up at certain customers that you THINK wont pay thousands of dollars to purchase your overly priced jewelry. Unfortunately, you lost a $10,000 deal the other day because my customer wasnt treated with respect. Im sure this attitude in your store is coming from one or two people, hence the reason why youve got good reviews along with this one. To the customers trying to find the perfect jewelry for their loved ones, Id look somewhere else.

Worst place in the country to by a Rolex. These people had the audacity to tell me how much I was going to spend on my watch. I quote you can not just pick and choose what you want fixed on your watch they wanted me to buy another bracelet for my watch becausemine is scratched . I like the scratches its a mans watch. STEER CLEAR OF THESE TURDS.

I was impressed by the watch restoration services offered on their website; however, it ended up that they were watch snobs not watchmakers. I brought my fathers vintage Grand Seiko High Beat for a restoration and the watchmaker brushed me off, didnt even come out from the back to discuss options with me. Just said Its rusty send it to seiko For those not familiar with the GS High Beat, it is a fine watch from the last days of mechanical autowinders with a high beat hair spring that oscillates 36,000 BPH. Most modern watches,including rolex, only beat at 28,000 BPH It isa far superior movement to the ETA 2824-2 movement produced by ETA (a division of swatch) that adorns most modern watches including many of the high end brands they sell. I would have thought that a watch maker would have been excited to see such a rare movement. If you want a real watch maker with an appreciation for watch making as a craft, Id say look else where. If you want the links taken out of the bracelet in your TAG, or a battery replaced in your quartz watch, then youll probably be fine.FWIW Im a member of the National Association of Watch and Clock Collectors and an amateur horologist.
