I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with their customer service. Shayna, went out of her way to help fulfill my order. She took my order over the phone helping to identify the needed parts to get my New Orleans family power restored. She kindly volunteered to meet me with my parts since I work till 5pm the time they close business. In today’s time, helpful & courteous CS is a rare thing. Thank you 🙏 so much!
