This is the perfect place to get granite counter tops. I went in to see what I wanted. They came out and took measurements. I was waiting on my cabinets to be finished for them to start. As soon as they were done I called them to confirm and just went back one more time to see with my husband. A week later they were done. Way better than I could even imagine. Very professional. Very fast.

Sabrina and her crew did an excellent job. Prices were very good, services were so timely I was shocked. I have been doing a major kitchen remodel and they were by far the easiest of all my contractors I dealt with. Highly recommend.

It is with a heavy heart that I write this negative, honest and thoughtful review. As a local small business owner for over 45 years, we try our best to support local business whenever possible, especially during the COVID-19 Pandemic.We recently replaced our outdated kitchen countertops with granite and installed a tile back splash. We contracted B & B Marble and Tile (2220 Pass Road, Gulfport, MS 39501) to do the work. Our experience since day one has been subpar at best. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are nonexistent. Most importantly, the customer service provided, specifically respectful and timely communication, have been unacceptable. Co-owner Sabrina Usher is an absolute challenge to do business with.We placed our order and paid a deposit on April 1st, and it took over 99 days for our installation to occur on July 8th. It is important to note that our piece of purchased granite was at their facility for over 7 weeks waiting for the install. The first scheduled installation was cancelled at the last minute so the co-owners could take a beach vacation to Florida.Our installation occurred and we immediately pointed out the following problems which needed to be addressed (photos attached):- Missing bullnose installation in one corner- Window sill granite is not polished while the countertops are- Uneven and haphazard tile work- Light switch left hanging from wall35 day have elapsed since our installation and the problems have yet to be addressed, despite aggressive and courteous follow up on our behalf. Voice messages are not returned, and emails not responded to. This review was even provided to them in advance as a final opportunity to make the situation right.Please spend your hard-earned money elsewhere with someone who takes pride in their workmanship. There are several bad reviews posted to both Google reviews and Yelp which we had seen prior to hiring B & B. There is a “current alert” listed on the Better Business Bureau’s website and they are not Better Business Bureau accredited.In retrospect, we should have listened to our fellow MS Coast residents regarding their experience, as ours seems to have been much the same. I can not, with good conscience, recommend B & B Marble and Tile of Gulfport in any way.

I was having a nightmare picking out countertops the 2 places I tried before b&b made me wanna give up but when I called b&b I explained to the sweet voice that answered (ms. Mary) my struggles she said well let’s make it better and they did just that the customer service and communication was top of the line then when my counters were installed they showed up when they said they would were very professional and did an amazing job I LOVE my new kitchen and I high recommend B&B you won’t regret hiring this amazing family business for countertop needs

Very professional. They are very fast and I could not of asked for a better job. I got the kitchen and two vanity counter tops done and they are absolutely beautiful. It took a week from cut to placed.

Buyer Beware. They dont stand behind their product. Been asking them to fix this fine craftsmanship for six months. Response - Well get to it when were in the area. To date, no follow-up, and we live in Biloxi. You get what you pay for.

So overall, we are happy with the quartz black countertops we had installed. They did take forever and backsplash took even longer, but I guess some backsplash was broken in shipping....The issue we have is customer service. We have sent so many emails to Sabrina, the owner and never get a response back regarding the delay for the backsplash and then the 2 minor issues after install. Trying to call directly, you will have your name taken down but never get a call back.Anyway, as you can see in pic the grout was missed in a corner and while not a big deal, I had to go buy grout and do it myself after waiting since May 25th; this picture and multiple emails/calls were sent regarding it....I was told next time the installers were in this are they would knock it out and was not too worried.....5 months later, enough is enough.We also have issues with the sealant and areas that were missed and not the same sheen as where the sealant was applied(see arrow in pic). The installer did bring back and side splashes at install just to show us what they look like with and without them; we did not want them but kuddos for making them just to give us the visual and option. The issue is that they put the sealant down with the side/backsplashes in places and then removed the pieces.....no sealant under them.I have called on this too and again, not big deal at all, but no response other that taking my name and number and Sabrina will call me back that day and never getting call back. I want to go buy sealant myself but I cant even get an answer on what to use or buy.....Our tile and countertop install was done well (unlike the poor backsplash in other review), just customer service is non-existant if you have a problem. Fortunately our problems were minor but feel for anyone that has a bigger problem.

Excellent customer service. They are easy to work with and pay attention to everything you want and need. Installation looks perfect and everything was done in a timely manner. Great prices and a great experience overall. I am very happy I chose this local family business to buy my countertops.

Great selection, superb installations

B & B granite told me that my countertops would be installed within the two week timeframe after paying the down payment. My granite countertops were supposed to be installed a week before Christmas. I left numerous messages for Sabrina, whom never returned my phone calls or emails. Finally after the New Year she emailed us to scheduled the installation and to give us a discount as well. No discount was given. Customer service is awful! The only reason I give two stars instead of one is because the countertops came out nice. I would not recommend them to anyone. Had they just been upfront from the beginning and said they overbooked or whatever the reason was it wouldn’t have been a big deal but instead all they told us was “ you will have to speak to Sabrina” who was never in the office and never returned my messages.

I received a quote from B and B Granite 11 days after my initial email. Within that time frame, I hired another company. After moving in my home, we decided to do a back splash above our stove. I called several companies to get a quote, including B and B. They promptly returned my call the next day to inform me that they could not help me with ONLY a back splash.

They refunded my money after failing to fulfill my order March 2018.
